Swara and Aarav aced every competition and they were slowly getting noticed by everyone.
Swara enjoyed more than she thought. After the debate the Sharmas put, shockingly the evening was going pleasant.
"Last but not the least!...Momma's are going to sing a lullaby they sang for their kiddos or maybe still sing for their kiddos..."
Swara's smile suddenly disappeared...truth be told, she never sang a lullaby for Aarav neither did he ever ask for it... and just the thought of loosing after reaching the final round was hurting her.
She looked here and there clueless...with a stone over her heart she decided to quit the challenge...
But Aarav had other plans, no way in hell he was going to see his Swara ma loose.
He pulled her hand twice grabbing her attention. As soon as she bent down to face him...he cupped her ears and whispered something that had her shocked.
"Y-You sure?" She questioned.
"Go for it, Swara ma!" Aarav gestured with a thumbs up.
Swara took a deep breath, waiting for her turn when her mother-in-law approached her.
"Swara beta?" Sheetal called out.
Swara put on a smile seeing her mother-in-law approach.
"Y-You look nice, beta!" It was visible how Sheetal put on a forced smile.
If Swara's dress was a problem? If the Roy Chand's didn't want her to wear a certain dress...they should have told her.
What confused Swara was the fact that her dressing sense had never been a problem for them...She was free to wear whatever, it was Swara who always dressed her self according to the occasion.
"How did you g-get this dress beta?" Sheetal asked.
Swara's brows furrowed at this question...was she looking so bad?
"K-Kunal gifted this to m-me!" As soon as those words left Swara's mouth, Sheetal covered her mouth in awe.
"H-He did?" She tried re-confirming.
Swara just nodded a yes in response, not knowing...why she became so happy all of a sudden.
Sheetal took her into a hug.
"Thank god! I am happy that you both are getting along." Sheetal's words were like Greek and Latin for Swara.
Well! Swara didn't have to bother, she was happy as long as everyone around her were happy.
While Sheetal was rubbing Swara's back, as if praising her for winning Kunal's heart, her eyes fell on Ritika who was looking at her.
As soon as their eyes met, Swara naturally flashed a smile...but it felt as if Ritika was restless...she did smile in return but immediately averted her gaze.
Swara felt a little awkward too, as to how Ritika being her husband's best friend had not spoken to her properly even once, Even though Ritika stopped by Swara's place this evening.
