Dr. Kunal Roy Chand was under arrest.

This time they had come with an arrest warrant. The allegations put on him were: Murder of his Ex-Wife- Avni Roy Chand... and an illegitimate killing of Advocate Vansh Singhania. The reason being...Vansh Singhania and Avni Roy Chand were in an affair.

According to the police...the murderer, The victim and the motive...all made sense.

But  according to Swara, She could clearly sense that her husband was being framed.

It had been three days since Kunal's arrest and they had been visiting the court...Every court hearing turned against them.

Every Lawyer had turned their back on them except one lawyer that willingly came to fight their case.

Three days of continuous loosing was bringing Kunal close to life imprisonment...and Swara had to stop it at any cost.

"Advocate Rajvanshi?" Swara called out to her Lawyer. "Please win the case today"

"I will try my best Ma'am" He said.

Just as Swara was about to leave ... Chandni Came and stood in front of her.

"Aww! Poor Girl! Fighting for your husband's rights?" Chandni mocked Swara but she stayed strong and did not show any sign of weakness.

"You should have watched your step before pushing my son into the world of false controversies." Chandni stated walking into the court room, leaving Swara to wonder.

"Her son? Who the hell is her son?" Swara wondered...making her way into the courtroom and getting seated beside her mother-in-law.

"All ok Swara beta?" Sheetal questioned, bringing Swara back into reality.

"Yes Maa! I'm fine!" Swara stated.

Sheetal covered her mouth with the corner of her saree, controlling her sobs as the case began.

There were allegations and evidences both which were not in Kunal's favor.

Soon Swara was requested into the ring.

"So, Dr. Swarishka Kunal Roy Chand!" Chandni's lawyer began!..." Did you ever find anything fishy about your husband?"

Swara nodded in denial.

"So you see? How cleanly Dr. Kunal kept plotting?" Swara's head went haywire...the lawyer's statement made no sense.

She looked at her lawyer for help but he seemed helpless.

"Your honor! Every time we spoke about Avni, Kunal felt hurt...the pain in his eyes were evident of how much he loved Avn--"

"So he kept pretending to be in love with Avni all this while?" Chandni's lawyer stated.

Swara looked at her lawyer for help who was silently seated, being of no help...only this time she saw him smirk at someone. Following his tracks she saw him smirking at none other than Chandni Arora.

Right! Why didn't it strike me before? Advocate Rajvanshi had approached us for the case...why didn't I think that he was fed with money already and that is why he came to fight a case from the loosing side; Swara thought to herself.
