Swara's fingers traced the edges of the case files, her eyes scanning through the pages as she sat on Vansh's bed.
As she leafed through the documents, her gaze stopped on a list of names—Levetto Meds, ABB Diagnostics, Medspro Laboratories, Jeji Labs, Medsgo.com etc....
Each name seemed to resonate with a sense of familiarity.
Curiosity and concern entwined within her as she waited for Vansh's return from the shower.
When he emerged, towel draped around his shoulders, Swara couldn't contain her curiosity any longer.
"Vansh," she began tentatively, "I found these names in your case files. Levetto Meds, ABB Diagnostics, Medspro Laboratories, Jeji Labs, Medsgo.com... What are these?"
Vansh paused, his expression a mix of surprise and contemplation.
Slowly, he walked over to where Swara was sitting, his gaze focused on the names she had mentioned.
"Swara," he began, his voice steady, "these names are linked to an investigation I've been working on. A journalist approached me, insisting that there's a network of fraudulent companies providing expired medical equipment to hospitals. It's a dangerous situation that can compromise patient safety."
Swara's eyes widened as she absorbed the gravity of Vansh's words.
The pieces of the puzzle began to fit together in her mind. "And these companies... they're involved in this?" she questioned, her voice carrying a mixture of concern and determination.
Vansh nodded, his eyes reflecting his commitment to the cause. "Yes. I've been gathering evidence, digging into their operations, and trying to expose the truth. These companies are endangering lives for profit, and we can't let that continue."
Swara's heart swelled with pride for Vansh's dedication to justice.
"Didn't you already win a case on this same topic?" Swara was curious.
"No....That was a little different....the case I fought was on hospitals performing unnecessary procedures on patients...this case is on the false usage of expired equipments....that could endanger lives...." He clarified.
"And who exactly tipped you about this?...the journalist?" She questioned.
Vansh rubbed his hair with a towel in an attempt to make it dry....
"She approached me right after I won the case....she was there to probably, cover this victory for her news channel....instead she came to me asking for help."
"Help with this case?"
Vansh nodded at her question...."yes....because she feared her husband's hospital might be dealing with these scam kind of companies...under his nose....and the only way to permanently stop it would be if these companies were legally shut."
