"kim-park mingi, down here. now"
yunho laughed as he watched mingi's scared expression before he ran downstairs. the two boys were in the gaming room, and mingi lost against yunho in mario kart
"i'm sorry i didn't mean it" mingi cried as he reached the bottom of the stairs
"what are you talking about?" seonghwa laughed in confusion
"we called you down because you didn't clean your plate off" hongjoong pointed to the single dirty dish on the sink
"oh. heh" he laughed awkwardly before going to clean the plate
"also, your grounded for two days for cussing" seonghwa laughed as he saw mingi's wide eyes
"mama~!" he whined
"mingi~" seonghwa mocked before patting the boys shoulder. hongjoong laughed while grabbing a pepsi
yunho and yeosang ran downstairs at the same time and looked at their parents with big smiles.
"what?" seonghwa laughed
"can i go to renjuns?"
"can i go to yeji's?"
the parents laughed again as mingi rolled his eyes. the two nodded before watching them run back upstairs to pack.
"they always leave" mingi huffed
"we've talked about this min" hongjoong ruffled his sons hair before placing a kiss on it
"i know. but still" he pouted

"we'll be home alone tomorrow" yeji said
yunho arrived at her house about half an hour ago. they were just laying on her bed watching tiktok and scrolling through social media.
"why?"
"momma is taking ryujin and chaeryeong to dance. mom is taking yuna and lia to vocal class. i don't have anything cause my trainers are on vacation" the girl explained
"they trust us?" yunho laughed a little
"yeah, not like we've done anything anyway" yeji shrugged, yunho noticed she seemed a little down about something.
he noticed when he first got here, but he thought maybe she was just tired. now he can see somethings bothering her. he pulled her closer, holding on to her as he looked in her eyes
"what's wrong?" he whispered
"what're you talking about?" the girl asked
"you seem like somethings bothering you. what's wrong?" he repeated. the girl sighed before sitting up. yunho copied her actions and sat in front of her
