While at their desks, Miss Minutes went over the guidelines of the TVA with Loki while he read a jet ski magazine.
"Okay, y'all, let's review what we've learned. What happens when a nexus event branches past red line?" Miss Minutes asked.
"Very bad things," Loki answered boredly.
"Come on, Loki. What is it?" Miss Minutes remarked.
Loki sighed and said, "It's when the TVA can no longer reset a nexus event. Okay? Boring."
"Right. And that would lead to the destruction of the timeline and the collapse of reality as we know it," Miss Minutes concluded.
"Can you hear me? Are you a recording? Or are you alive?" Loki wondered.
"Uh, sorta both," Miss Minutes responded.
"Ah," Loki nodded.
Then he tried to hit her, making him smile.
"Watch it! Where's your manners? Oh! Hey! Quit it! That is not nice," Miss Minutes exclaimed, hid in the screen, and muttered, "Jerk."
"You can't hide..." Loki warned.
"And you can't hurt her," Jamie told him.
"Noted," he responded.
"Training goin' well?" Mobius wondered, coming around the corner.
"Yeah," Loki nodded.
"Is that my jet ski magazine? Put it down. Gear up. There's been an attack. Let's go," Mobius remarked, Loki did so, then Mobius told them both as he gave them jackets, "Put them on."
They obeyed and straightened up.
"Good. Yeah. Smart," Mobius commented.
They then headed for the briefing.
