I stand infront of the door, contemplating whether to open it or not. Of course it's only rational to open it, but in this case I'm not really that sure anymore.

"Yeah. And you didn't attend my medical examination yesterday."

"About that, I'm really sorry." With two long strides ay hinapit ko na sya papalapit saakin. Mahigpit ko syang niyakap ng mahigpit. "I know how painful your medical examination yesterday. Sorry wala ako sa tabi mo, Zai."

I really really miss him so much. And i felt bad na hindi nya ako kasama kagahapon.

Zai only snorted. "Tinurukan lang ako, Mavs. It's nothing serious or life and death thing."

"Really, I'm fine, Mavs. I'm really just glad that you're here now."

Bumitaw ako para tumingin ng diretso sa mga mata nya. Bago pa ako makapagsalita, he shushed me.
