It was a fun day for her and her children.

It was time to bed. Cevin would not stay with them dahil tatabi itong matulog kasama ang Mommyla. It was Cevin who presented the idea when they were on their way home. Napansin pa niya ang patagong pagpahid ng luha ni Tita Lia when she heard it from him. She just stayed silent. Hindi naman iyon problema sa kanya.

Cevin had been with her Mommyla for years, and living away from each other might require them a quite long time for adjustment along with the sadness of longing. Alam niyang nalulungkot si Tita Lia sa magiging sitwasyon nila ni Cevin but she told her a while ago that she was as well happy, so happy.

"Cevin deserves this happiness of being with you. I love him so much that I don't have the heart to be selfish and take it away from him."

Sobrang pasasalamat ang mayroon siya kay Tita Lia so she promised that they would visit her from time to time.

When they went upstairs ay dumiretso si Calev sa kabilang kwarto kung saan naroon ang mga gamit nito. She thought that he would stay in that room for tonight. But after she cleaned her daughter, she found him on their bed, looking fresh from the bath on his clean white shirt and black pajamas.

Added the fact that they have a "problem" at hand yet. The fact that Cevin would be staying with his Mommyla, made it more unbearable. But she would not be that selfish to ask him to stay with them nor be heartless to ask Calev to just stay in the other room.

She was already dressed because she did not plan to walk around on a towel knowing that Calev was inside the room.

"She said she wanted to play first with Cevin and her Mommyla before sleeping. I took her to their room since it's still early. I hope that's okay."

He continued working while not sparing her a glance. His voice was of normal husky and cold.

"It's okay. Pupunta nalang ako dun."

She just thought of bonding with her kids and Tita Lia.

He just went on with was he was doing. So, he was acting indifferent, huh? He could not even look at her.

And that's a problem, August?

Of course not. She was just uncomfortable with it. With their setup, understanding and communication were important. Hindi naman pwedeng hindi sila magkaintindihan while they were at it. They were both co-parenting, and a single bad tension between them could easily affect their children. If they have to solve it with minimal damage or efforts such as lowering their pride, they should do that. If he did not want to converse, she would make him.

She went to the wooden dresser and took her skincare routine. She did it fast because she was uncomfortable that she was having her leisure with Calev at her back who obviously still have that spoiled mood. When she was almost done, she started to talk.

"Do we have a problem?"

She saw in the mirror how he was taken aback shortly as his fingers stopped doing their course, but then continued after a while as he replied a simple "none."
