That name in your mouth is like wind in my veins and I'll never tire of the cold rush of it through my soul like a river washing me clean
And when you speak of me that way I melt in the raging fire of those words I've always been waiting to hear without hardly knowing it
When you say it, it's the renewing fire of a burning forest, preparing for new growth, and it's the rivers solidifying into ice, a permanent fixture of the land, made of frigid glass and whispers of loud, dangerous, fast
I only ask for you to never stop saying those words, that name
I only ask that you never stop freezing my blood and lighting my soul on fire
I only ask for an eternity of this, this feeling like I've finally truly begun my existence, birthed into life by your lips
That's all I ask
