A/N: Just some platonic big bro Dabi.
"Daaaaabiiiiii" you whined from the couch, while fanning yourself with your hands.
"What?!" he growled from the bar counter, where he was sipping on his coffee.
"First of all how the hell are you drinking coffee in this heat and second, can you do my hair again?"
"What happened to the last braid I did?" he groaned and got up from his chair.
"I had to wash my hair so I opened it" you shrugged.
"For fuck's sake" Dabi muttered.
"What? Some of us shower more than twice a week"
"Yeah, yeah, just sit on the floor" he said and pushed you off the couch.
Dabi sat behind you on the couch as you were sitting between his legs and he started braiding your hair, while occasionally smacking you with the promise that he was just killing mosquitos. Which he most likely was, because you could hear the little, annoying sound they make.
"You didn't answer my first question"
"You really think a fire user like me is bothered by this little bit of heat?"
"I guess not, but-"
The door behind you opened and judging by the step pattern, Toga came in. She was probably back from a mission.
"Oooh, me next" she said when she saw what Dabi was doing.
"Braid your own damn hair" Dabi growled, and tucked on your hair a bit too hard.
"Ouch!" you said a bit too louder than necessary.
Dabi just rolled his eyes at your dramatics and sighed.
"You're like the only one of us who can braid hair properly, so just do it, you have nothing better to do anyway" you said to him and motioned for Toga to come sit next to you on the floor.
"How do you know what I've gotta do, hmmm?" Dabi asked with a smug smirk.
"Do you have something better to do then?" Toga asked.
"Just shut the hell up and wait your turn" Dabi growled, as the smugness on his face disappeared and annoyance set in.
You and Toga looked at each other and started laughing, which made Dabi pull your head back and threaten to light your hair on fire.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry" you managed to get out while laughing.
"You'd better be" Dabi said as he finished your braid.
