In this world there are those known as the reincarnated. Their powers and things started showing up after an experiment bomb released an unknown agent in the atmosphere. The reincarnates get their powers from historical figures they are the reincarnation of. Their powers are determined by who they are reincarnated from. They all possess a second power to communicate and talk to who they are reincarnated from as well.
