This would have nothing to do with saiyans, it's boring when everyone has the same kind of OC, so there will be no saiyans in this story. Maybe take place in one of the other universes. There would be oc alien races, and some canon ones. Maybe more forms and new techniques of course. I was thinking it start out as the villain already has the dragonballs and used his wish to get incredible power, then kinda just goes around being evil.
