Far in the future, many attempts to recreate the omnitrix have been attempted. Many do work, but in different ways, so this would follow a special plumber team whose job is to find and collect all these attempts. I was also thinking, each member of the team has one, and each one is different in some way. Like one could could be the opposite of the ultimatrix and turn aliens into their primal pre-evolved forms, while one is a full on robot that can turn into robotic versions of the alien DNA stored in it, while one might not even turn the wielder into aliens and turn into weapons with the alien powers for the wielder, and so on
