A separate AU from One Piece Idea 1, this will follow a rookie pirate. It will be him forming his crew, and taking out the wold government, since that is his goal. First he'd take out the warlords, then the admirals, fleet admirals, and so on. Maybe he should be the son of a high up in the world government.
