This will be an AU with a completely different organization. This groups goal is to use the anomalies to better and help mankind. The sentient ones are let out of their cells and free range of the bases, as long as they follow the rules. The goal is to eventually reintegrate them into society. This will follow a team of researchers who find, bring back, and study the anomalies.
