There are different clans all over the world, each clan getting a different beast form. They all also gain different abilities and magics based on which clan they belong to. There are hundreds of clans all over the world, there use to be one for each animal, but then the tournament of beasts happened and 80% were wiped out, now only around 300 clans remain.
