Monsters have recently surfaced from another world that is connected to our own. They don't want war or to take over, but instead offer peace. They offer a deal, to establish peace they let one monster, of each race so there will be hundreds of them, walk around the human world and choose a partner. Now the monsters will be both genders so it won't just be monster girls. The human world agreed, and even made a few laws and rules for their people, such as if a monster does choose you, then you can't deny it. Now each chapter would follow a different couple, and obviously we'd revisit them in later chapters and some would show up as background characters or side characters in other chapters, and so on.
