Every human on earth has some form of cybernetic enhancements, it's the normal now. Some have it to count faster or be better at their work, firemen can release water from their bodies, and so on. The potential is limitless. The most famous use though is a sport, a fighting sport. The big and most famous fighters are endorsed by a different tech company, who does all their body upgrades. This sport is different than others though, if you've signed up you can be challenged at any time, each player is numbered by their country ranking. Once challenged, cameras release from your fighter gear, usually a tool to track and record your fights, so it can be broadcasted.
