This will follow a group that studies telepathic powers, and will focus on them studying those with mental illnesses and how it affects their powers. Like maybe one ould be a pyrokinetic with pyrophobia, or a powerful psychic with split personalities, or an extremely powerful, almost god level person, with panphobia, and so on
