"I don't understand how you can not be hungover today," Allie grumbled as she sat down at the kitchen table. "And I also don't understand why we're all awake this early. We're on vacation!"

"He danced all the alcohol out of his system," Darren suggested as he placed a cup of coffee in front of her.

Wyatt was standing at the island dressed in his swim trunks. "You've known me long enough to know I never get hangovers," he said before finishing his coffee.

"Elizabeth, on the other hand, gets devastating hangovers," Darren said.

"She keep you up all night?" Wyatt asked.

"Once she stopped puking she was good. She's still asleep. Figured I'd let her sleep in."

"Good call," Wyatt said as he washed his mug. "I'm going out to the beach for a little morning workout. Either of you want to join?"

"Nah, I'm in recovery mode," Darren said.

Allie answered with a middle finger and laid her head down on the table.

With a shrug of his shoulders, Wyatt grabbed a water bottle and a towel and walked out of the back deck and down the steps to the beach. The sun was just beginning to rise and the salty air was warm rather than hot. After popping his earbuds in, Wyatt began a series of body weight exercises. After several sets he'd be a sweaty mess and more than ready for a dip in the ocean.

Chris woke early out of habit and, while the others in the house was still at rest, crept down into the large kitchen and brewed some coffee. He carried his mug out to the deck and propped himself against the rail to stare out into the empty, tranquil beach in time to watch the sun come up.

After the party, Chris had gone home feeling unfulfilled yet too afraid to change that. It was a frustrating place to be, especially when the current object of his attraction was in the beach house next door. Added to that was the likelihood that he'd gone home with the cosplayer. The jealousy rose up in him, difficult to restrain. But it was more than jealousy that the cosplayer may have spent the night with Wyatt; he was jealous of the guy's ability to just be himself.

When he and the others had driven back to the house, he'd stared at the other house while they passed it. The lights were on, but Chris couldn't tell if Wyatt was there or not. Just thinking about Wyatt was enough to conjure up recent memories of his great looks and dance moves. He spent some of the night streaming The Olympians and admiring Wyatt. The way he'd moved his body was damn-near impossible for Chris to resist. If he'd been your ordinary, non-famous person he'd have walked right up to Wyatt and made his move on the dance floor.

Then there was that bashfulness. He recalled the way Wyatt had blushed when he'd nervously said the wrong things. Chris had wanted to pick him up all over again. He was way too cute for his own good.

"Tomorrow we should find a reason to talk with him and his friends," Evans had suggested.

Having imagined that Wyatt was off with the cosplayer, it was a pleasant surprise when he spied him walking down the steps of the beach house and across the sand. Wyatt promptly began to do some exercises and Chris found himself further entranced. Physical fitness was something he considered to be one of the pillars of his life so it was pleasant to see that was how Wyatt chose to start his day. He leaned forward and watched as Wyatt started doing several rounds of body weight exercises. As he did a series of squats, Chris's eyes became glued to his shapely ass.

"I'm not interrupting anything am I," Robert said from the doorway, surprising him.

"Not at all," Chris replied in a voice that conveyed calm.
