"Okay, so if we're going to do dinner we should probably think of something soon since we only have a few steaks," Darren explained as the entire group hung around the volleyball net after the game, which had ended with Darren, Wyatt, Evans and Downey winning by a point. After the game, both parties had decided they'd have dinner together.

"Unless anyone wants a veggie burger," Elizabeth suggested.

"I'm pretty sure none of these guys is vegan or vegetarian like you and Guppy," Allie laughed.

"Yeah, that's a hard no," Downey laughed.

"You're vegan?" Chris asked. He was standing next to Wyatt. In fact, he hadn't strayed far from him since the game had ended. Since then, he'd already apologized a handful of times for the ball to the face.

Wyatt shook his head. "No, that would be Elizabeth. I'm just a vegetarian."

"Wait, so you don't eat meat?" Jeremy asked with a sly grin.

Wyatt rolled his eyes. "If I had a dollar for every time I heard that one I could retire," he chuckled.

"That reminds me," Evans said. "What do you guys do for a living anyway?"

"I own a vegan restaurant in Savannah," Elizabeth explained. Though she was typically not a boastful person, if there was one thing she was especially proud of it was her five-star vegan restaurant.

"So you cook vegan food that doesn't taste vegan," Evans said.

Elizabeth nodded enthusiastically. "We have a lot of customers who aren't even vegan. They just come because they like the food."

"I'm her guinea pig," Darren explained. "I never thought I'd eat so much jack fruit, tofu, seitan, and tempei in my entire life."

Allie explained that she was a defense attorney and Darren told them he was an nurse anesthetist.

"What's about you, Wyatt?" Jeremy asked.

"I'm an actor," Wyatt said in a voice that was a little uncertain. Being in the company of such heavy hitting actors had him feeling self-conscious. "Sort of."

"Sort of? You can't sort of be an actor," Robert laughed.

"What have you been in?" Mark asked.

"I sing and dance too, so a lot of Broadway plays. I was on a soap opera called The Olympians. Which lasted an entire season. I played Apollo and spent basically every scene in my underwear."

"That's why you look familiar," Evans said. "My brother watches your show."

"I watched a few episodes last night. Can't see why they cancelled it. I enjoyed it," Chris said with a winning smile that made Wyatt's stomach flip.

It was decided that no one was too hungry at the moment, meaning they could pick up more steaks and they would have time to marinate.

"Allie and I can go to the store," Wyatt suggested, trying to be respectful of the actors' privacy and keep them from getting accosted for pictures and autographs. Also, he was eager to get some breathing space to calm down after all of Chris's attention. He also needed a pep talk on reality, and no one was better at that than Allie, who was always truthful- even if it hurt.

"And I'll mix up some cocktails," Elizabeth added.

Chris turned to Wyatt. "I don't mind to go with you. It's the least I can do for giving you a concussion."

Allie looked from Chris and Wyatt to Elizabeth and Darren and raised an eyebrow at them. When she scanned the others, she saw the same knowing expressions on their faces. Interesting, she thought.
