After spending a substantial amount of their time in bed that morning, Wyatt and Chris finally emerged, dressed in last night's clothes. They wandered down into the kitchen where Darren, Elizabeth and Allie were talking excitedly. As soon as they walked in, all three of them went completely silent and feigned total disinterest.

"Good morning, everyone," Wyatt greeted them as he walked up to the coffee maker and poured himself and Chris a mug each.

"Good morning," the three of them said in unison.

"How was your evening?" Elizabeth asked as she stood up and took her breakfast dish to the sink.

Chris and Wyatt looked at each other and shared a big smile. "It was good," Wyatt finally said as he looked down, his cheeks flushing a little.

"Very relaxing," Chris added.

Chris stared at Wyatt from across the kitchen, his eyes flashing with mischief. Wyatt smiled at him, taking in his cutely disheveled appearance. His hair was a little unkempt and he still had some traces of sleepiness on his face, having dosed off after they'd had sex again. He wiggled his eyebrows and Wyatt immediately looked down into his coffee, embarrassment coloring his cheeks a deeper shade of red.

"Well," Chris finally said after finishing up his coffee. "I need to get back to the other house. Some actor things I need to do today. Interviews and such. But I'll be back this afternoon."

Without a shred of hesitation, Chris stepped forward and kissed Wyatt. Then he grinned, gave him a wink, said goodbye to the others, and walked out.

"So," Allie said as she jumped up from her seat and hurried over to Wyatt, followed closely by the others. "Spill everything."

Wyatt shrugged his shoulders and gave them all an innocent smirk. "I don't know what on earth you could be talking about. All we did was kiss," Wyatt sighed before starting to walk away.

Elizabeth grabbed his hand. "Oh, hell no. You are not about to walk out of this room without telling us about your dick appointment with Chris Hemsworth."

Wyatt smiled so hard it started to hurt. "A gentleman doesn't kiss and tell."

Elizabeth dug her fingers into Wyatt's hand. "I don't see any gentlemen in here."

"Nope," Darren said. "No gentlemen in this room."

Wyatt smiled. "My feelings on last night and this morning can best be summed up by a song by Beyoncé called Ego."

"It's too big?!" Elizabeth shrieked.

"It won't fit?!" Allie added.

"It's too much?" Darren continued.

"If anyone needs me I'll be on the beach with a book," Wyatt said. "Where I will be laying on my stomach because...well, you get the idea."

Elizabeth and Allie immediately collapsed into a fit of laughter and Darren reached over and fist-bumped Wyatt. It was around that time that Chris walked back into the kitchen, grinning at everyone.

"Going to be hard to do interviews without my phone, isn't it?" he said as he walked over to the counter and picked up his iPhone. He walked back over to Wyatt and gave him another kiss on the cheek. "I'll be back after I finish," he said. Then he smiled deviously and said "then I'll pencil you in for another appointment."

"Uh," Wyatt giggled nervously. "Appointment?"

Chris ruffled his hair. "Don't you dare be late," he said in a playfully stern voice before turning around and leaving.

"Well, well, well," Jeremy called out as Chris came sauntering into the house. "Look what the cat coughed up!"

"Enjoy your night?" Mark asked.

"I did," Chris said as the others surrounded him.

"What is this walk of shame hair you've got going on?" Robert asked as he reached up and ran his fingers through Chris's hair.

"Didn't even shower the sex off of you, did you?" Evans asked. "Now- tell us all."

Chris shrugged his shoulders. "He's a nice bloke."

"Oh! Listen at him," Robert sighed. "'He's a nice bloke'. Bullshit. You're grinning like the cat that ate the canary."

"Wyatt's the canary," Jeremy chimed in.

Chris flashed a huge smile and shoved his hands into his pockets. "What can I say? I had a great night. With my boyfriend."

"Boyfriend!?" The other three men shouted in unison.

"Yup. You heard right. Wyatt and I are dating. Officially." It felt incredible to say it aloud. Chris could feel joy expanding throughout his body, making him feel lighter than he had in a very long time.

"Well, congratulations, man," Chris said.

"Yeah, that's a pretty big step from where things were for you," Mark said.

"Alright, I'm very happy for you," Jeremy said. "But. I have to ask the question: how are you going to make it work with him? I promise I'm not trying to bring you down or rain on this big gay parade we've got going on. But have you guys discussed logistics?"

"Hey, can we just be happy for him?" Robert asked in an annoyed voice.

"I am," Jeremy defended. "I'm just looking out for him."

Chris nodded. "No, I hear what Jeremy's saying. And Wyatt and I have talked some about it. It's going to take work on both our parts. But we're taking it one day at a time."

"That's all you can do," Evans said.

"He knows it won't be easy for a while. With me not being out and with the distance. But we're both willing to try."

Robert laid a hand on his shoulder. "That's the kind of attitude it takes. Just, whatever you do, have fun. You both deserve it."

"And on that note," Mark said. "The four of us are going to be leaving today."

"Huh?" Chris asked.

"We thought maybe you'd like to have the place to yourself. Just you and Wyatt," Evans explained.

Jeremy grinned cheekily and patted Chris's shoulder. "You can fuck on every surface of this place."

Chris shook his head and let out a contented sigh. "You know, that might just happen."

"Might?" Evans asked.

Chris shrugged. "Yeah, it's going to happen."

While the guys were busy preparing to leave, Jeremy took the opportunity to approach Chris and apologize.

"It's no big deal, mate," Chris assured him. "You're looking out for me. And it's something that's already been on both our minds."

"I know you're a big boy and can handle yourself. I just wanted to be sure," Jeremy said.

After the men left, Chris settled into the office of the beach house and began the tasks he'd been putting off. The to-do list consisted mostly of interviews for various publications involving the new Thor film, which he was hoping would be a turning point for himself. He'd grown bored playing Thor and was hoping this film would be a much-needed shot in the arm for his character.

By the time he'd finished up, it was well into the afternoon. He got up, quickly changed into some board shorts, and stepped out onto the back deck. He scanned the beach to find that Wyatt was laying out on a towel, lost in a paperback.

He stood on the deck for a few moments, watching Wyatt as he lay there, oblivious to the outside world. Could they make it work? Though he meant well, Jeremy's words had managed to dig into Chris's confidence. It was easy to say they could do it while they were away on vacation with no big responsibilities looming overhead, no distance between them. But what was going to happen when Wyatt went back to New York and Chris resumed his crazy life?

"Be in the moment," he told himself. "One day at a time."
