In China, they have snakes that can predict earthquakes. I mean, yeah dogs and chickens do it too, but it doesn't sound as cool. These snakes launch themselves into walls - for some odd reason - and it apparently indicates to people who watch these snakes smack their face against a wall that an earthquake will come. These snakes can sense up an earthquake 75 miles up to 5 days away. A very odd evolutionary skill if you ask me. You'd assume a creature with the ability to sense earthquakes would just leave the area instead running into walls.
