In the 90's, former Mr. Mexico: Alexander Baez, wanted his pecs enhanced. But he woke up, he had women's breast implants. Soon it came out that the plastic surgeon turned out not to be a doctor at all. Reinaldo Silvestre pretended to be a doctor and performed an unknown number of cosmetic surgeries in his Miami Beach office, procedures that resulted in the disfigurement of Baez and other patients. Using animal anesthetic, he clumsily cut open leaving gruesome scars. Silvestre was charged with practicing medicine and administering narcotics without a license and aggravated battery.
