Chapter 3: I Am Still Lucky

"Good morning mother, I'll see you again after work. Bye for now." Lee Hi said in an audible voice, afraid to awake her mother. She lift the hospital's blanket up to her mother's chest before giving her a soft kiss on her head.

She walks carefully to the door and even closed it as light as feather. She do a bit of stretching before she went straight to the lift. The pain of what happened yesterday was no longer there. A good talk and a hug from her mother would turn a gloomy day into a bliss of a new day.

When she got out of the hospital the sun is starting to rise. She just got out right in time. She paused for a moment to see the sunrise. Another view she always wanted to see. Since, it only means that a new day has come. So, it's better to leave the painful past behind and live happily in the present. She inhaled the positivity in life and exhaled the negativity.

"I guess I am still lucky to see the sunrise. I am still lucky that I am living in N City to be able to see how the sun rises or how the sun will set....unlike in other city, like H city." She whispered to herself. She inhaled the slightly cold breeze of the morning. She continue to walk with a smile on her face after.

N City is one of the city belongs to the Sun Province. The country has only three main provinces, the Sun Province, The Moon Province and the Star Province. The Moon Province and the Star Province has only 9 cities each. While the Sun Province has 10 cities and N City is the most largest city in the Sun Province, therefore it was called the capital of Sun Province.

N City has always been one of the most of all the 28 cities but always the most in Sun Province. Aside from being the largest city, it is also the most safest and the richest city in the entire Sun Province. It is the turf of all the filthy rich business men and women, therefore it's called City of Richest. That's why the competition is not just an ordinary competition when it comes to business...it's a bloody competition. Everyone is ruthless and heartless when it comes to business. But among them all there's only one man who stands out. He's a Mob leader who can be called the owner of Sun Province. His name is Kim Hanbin.

But N City is just like an ordinary city before. Chaos and crime were just always around the corner. Rape, murder, robbery, illegal gamblings, drugs, corruption, etc. Not until the eldest Kim, Hanbin's granfather, became the leader of Sun Province he changed everything from scratched. He changed the rules and laws of Sun Province. Which was followed by his son Kim Sungho and now grandson....Kim Hanbin. They are indeed good leaders of the Sun Province. And now fifty years had past after the reign of his grandfather and father but everything is still the same after Kim Hanbin became the leader. The rules and laws remained the same. He even make N City the top of everything out of all the 28 cities.

Now, N City has twelve districts and it was led by Hanbin's mobster friends. First on the list is the oldest of them all, Kim Jin Woo the Leader of District 1, and the Leader if District 2 is Lee Seung Hoon. Followed by Song Min Ho the Leader of District 3, next is Kang Seung Yoon Leader of District 4, Jung Jae Won Leader of District 5, Nam Tae Hyun the Leader of District 6, Kim Jin Hwan the Leader of District 7, Song Yoon Hyung the Leader of District 8, Kim Ji Won the Leader of District 9, Kim Dong Hyuk the Leader of District 10, Koo Jun Hoe the Leader of District 11, and youngest of them all...Jung Chan Woo the Leader of District 12. Even though N City was led by Mobsters it remains the safest and zero crime rate.

But aside from being mobsters they are also ruthless business men. Everyone knows they are mobsters but they only see the good side of them not the evil side. Because for the people of N City them being a mobsters means safety.
