"I mean, she is a very strong woman who I think owns the building also but not sure. I'm sorry you had to encounter that and I didn't really know if you were allowed to take pictures or not."
Telling Violet about what Diamond said wasn't something I wanted to do so Hayden did it for me.
She told me she didn't know and that she was sorry, even though it wasn't her fault.
I wasn't really bothered by it anymore after that encounter so I let it go by the end of the day.
Throughout the rest of that time, with her constantly walking around the gym while my eyes were on her, I couldn't help but feel a little scared of her.
She had an authority in her tone and the way she presented herself, which I picked up from the day I seen her so it was logical that I was a little scared of her.
Well, scared wouldn't be the word.
More like intimidated by her.
That was a little more correct.
Violet kept telling me how sorry she was that Diamond was so bossy, but I just let it go. She even said that she knew how she was but didn't think she would come to me personally and tell me that I couldn't take pictures.
I was taking pictures before and she obviously saw me.
Unless that competition was something different than I couldn't understand what the deal was.
But like I said, I ignored it the rest of the day.
We were now all home, doing nothing and being as lazy as we could.
That's all we did when we didn't have work.
Violet did have work tonight so she would have to miss practice tomorrow. I knew she would like it too much cause she was really enjoying boxing so she was a little upset when she found out she had work.
When she left work, it was just me and Hayden at the house. I was already bored after dinner and he asked if I wanted to watch Netflix, which of course I said yes.
I sat on the couch as he was sitting on the other side, flipping through different movies on Netflix. I kept seeing things that didn't interest me as Hayden was asking what I wanted to see.
"Nothing is good." I look at him. "They need to update shit."
"True. Half these movies are dumb or we already seen them."
Looking at the movies, I didn't see anything I wanted to watch until I saw something about boxing and I quickly told him to stop.
I look over at him as he was looking at the tv before looking over at me. "What did you see?"
"Um, nothing. I thought I saw a movie I've seen before."
He went back up, looking at all the movies until that boxing one came back up and he stopped on it. I saw him stare at it for a moment before looking at me with a smirk on his face.
"Oh. You want to watch boxing."
"No."
"Cause of your wife."
"Shut the hell up." I watch as he laughs. "I don't like her. I don't even know her."
"But yet.." He taps the remote on his chin. "You stare at her a lot.. watch her box and ask to take pictures of her."
I stare at him as he smiles at me. "It's because it.. intrigues me how she boxes. She's the best one."
"Mhm." He chuckles. "Sure. And I'm white." He shook his head before looking back at the tv. "Anyways.. boxing?"
