One Year Later
"Upper cut!"
"Kick her!"
"Knock her ass out!"
"Hit her!"
That's all I could hear when I was staring at my opponent in front of me. I was watching her moves and making sure to see her weakness as she was getting ready to strike.
One hit would be all it takes as I was waiting for that moment.
When she swung, I moved and swung as hard as I could before seeing her fall back and land on the floor.
Everyone started cheering as I stared at her and the referee was counting down as she wasn't moving.
I had won.
When I turned around, I saw my coach smiling at me as I went to my corner and sat down. I leaned back and felt my shoulders being squeezed as I smiled, knowing I had won.
My coach crouched down in front of me and placed her hands on my knees as she was smiling at me. I smiled back before leaning over and kissing her.
"You did great, babe." She smiles.
"I know." I smiled as I leaned back and felt my heart beating fast.
She stood up and I did the same as everyone was still cheering. It felt amazing to have won a big fight that I trained so hard far and all my hard work paid off.
After my coach walking me off the ring, I smiled at everyone as I waved before walking to the locker room.
I sighed as I sat down and watched Diamond walk around before seeing in front of me after she grabbed a hot towel and placed it over my shoulders.
"I'm so proud of you."
"Thanks."
She handed me a water and I chugged it down as I saw her watching me. I smiled as I placed it down and looking around before looking at her.
"That was a little tough."
"But you pulled through and won."
Nodding, I saw her place her hand on my knee. I smiled at her.
After a few minutes, I changed out of my boxing uniform and pulled my other clothes on before walking back out into the gym and having everyone watching us.
Looking around, I saw Hayden and Violet then I smiled at them before walking with Diamond to the ring.
Michael was talking to Diamond for a moment as I was standing next to her. I looked around at everyone as it felt unreal from what just happened.
I won my first championship.
This was huge for me.
I was going to move on and go up higher now, which I was more than excited about.
Diamond's arm wrapped around my side then pulled me closer to her before kissing my head. I smiled at her before we walked away and went to take some pictures.
"Let me know when it gets too much." She whispered to me before backing away.
I stood in front of so many photographers as they were taking pictures and the flash was all over the place. It was at one spot then another and more as everyone was constantly taking pictures of me.
Then the questions came.
"How did it feel to win this championship?"
"It was amazing."
