Waking up was a little weird since I was waking up in another bed that I wasn't familiar with.
When I finally woke up fully, I stretched before looking around the huge room I was in and rubbed my eyes a few times before realizing this was real and it wasn't a dream.
Diamond wasn't in the bed with me when I looked over at her spot.
I wasn't sure what time it was either but the sun was barely coming through the window.
Sitting up, I look around until I saw an alarm clock on the bedside table and it read seven fifteen.
After sitting there for a moment, I heard noises from downstairs as I got up. I walked out of the room then down the hall before walking down the stairs.
It felt so weird at the same time it felt amazing.
The noises were becoming more clear when I was walking to the kitchen. I heard Brooke's voice along with Madison and Morgan's.
When I stopped near the entrance, I saw them all near the counter as Diamond was standing on the other side.
She was leaning over with a coffee cup in her hands and that made me smile.
"That's adorable." Brooke said as she was walking towards the fridge.
"What's adorable about it?" Diamond asks.
Brooke looks over at her and smiles. "I knew you liked her even before you knew."
I saw Diamond shake her head before looking over at Brooke. I saw Madison and Morgan eating breakfast before looking at their mom.
"Can we see Journey before we go to school?"
"She's still asleep. I don't want y'all waking her up."
I smiled as I stood there for a moment before Diamond told the girls to go upstairs and finish getting ready.
I moved out of the way in time as they came rushing out of the kitchen, which I'm surprised they didn't see m.
Brooke and Diamond started talking as I stood at the door and listened.
"I was a little surprised when I saw her here last night. But I knew you wanted to stay here for some reason."
"Oh please." Diamond said. "You offered to take the girls for the night."
I heard Brooke chuckle. "And I offered you to come with us. But you didn't and I know why now."
Smiling, I looked around as I kept listening to them talk. I was mostly watching for Madison and Morgan to come back so they wouldn't say anything when they see me.
"So, where did she sleep? She wasn't on the couch when I walked in. Did you let her sleep in a guest room?"
"No." Diamond said. "She slept with me."
"She slept with you!?" I heard Brooke start freaking out.
As I was listening, I saw Morgan and Madison walk through the living room and I quickly placed my finger on my lips before they started yelling.
They ran to me and I pulled them into a hug.
"What are you doing?" I ask.
"We're getting ready for school." Madison said.
"Can you take us to school?" Morgan asks.
Madison smiles before nodding. "Can you?"
"If your mom don't mind."
