It's been another week.
Diamond hasn't asked me to babysit anymore and she was somewhat absent from the gym for a few days out of that week.
It was concerning to me.
Hayden asked once and Violet asked also but nobody knew the reason.
When Violet talked to Michael and came back to us, she said that Diamond never misses a day at the gym but she's been doing it a lot lately.
Hayden asked if Michael knew anything and all Violet said was that it had something to do with her ex.
Which is even more concerning.
I've heard her conversation about him and the way her kids talk about him makes me think that he's not such a great guy.
I'm just curious as to what's going on and why she's missing so much because of him.
If I didn't have a crush on her then I wouldn't care but there's always a curse that comes with liking someone more than a blessing.
Curses are ninety two percent and blessings are the eight percent.
It wasn't fun cause I was torturing myself through that whole week on where Diamond was at and what was going on.
Even Hayden knew something cause I wasn't acting like myself.
My nerves were shot.
When I was at work, I tried focusing but it was hard to do cause Diamond was on my mind. I wanted to text her so many times but knew that it wasn't a good idea since it wasn't my business on what goes on with her life.
"If you're worried about Diamond, don't be." Violet said one day. "She's a grown woman and can fight her battles."
Even though what she told me was true, I still thought I should at least help her for some reason.
It was literally killing me.
When I couldn't take sitting at the house anymore, I went for a drive to clear my mind. I was overthinking all of this shit and it was getting to the point where I couldn't do anything.
It was ridiculous.
But driving helped cause I just blasted music and had the windows down, letting all my worries and stress out the window as I was riding around.
I wasn't sure where I was going but I wasn't about to be stuck at the house overthinking any longer.
Driving through town, I went to the small coffee shop before stopping in front of it. I got out then locked my doors, walking around my car and towards the building.
When I walked in, I was greeted with a scent of coffee and smiled as I walked to the counter and ordered something.
I found a table after I got my coffee and sat there, enjoying the company of myself and strangers around me.
Looking around, I look out the window as I watch the cars drive by before hearing the door chime and seeing Madison and Morgan walk in.
Brooke was behind them and they instantly looked around before seeing me, running towards me,
"Journey!"
I was being smushed with hugs as they were literally on top of me before they sat down at the table.
Brooke smiled as she greeted me before sitting down also. "Hope we're not bothering you. They saw your car."
"No problem." I smiled at them.
