Lance called me the very next morning, woke me up and told me to get ready cause he was coming over so we could get started on training.
When I finally woke up, I looked over at the clock and saw five. I had to rub my eyes, look at it again to make sure I wasn't imagining it then actually seeing five on the clock.
I was stuck between giving up and rolling back over but I finally got up.
Lance texted me and told me what to wear cause wearing regular clothes wasn't going to work, so I had to make sure I had on work out clothes.
When I looked in my closet, I was standing there cause I didn't own any work out clothes. I wasn't even sure what even came close to work out clothes if I never owned any.
This was a challenge.
I had to sneak into Violet's room and grab some of her clothes cause she definitely had some clothes that I needed.
I made sure not to make any noise as I was digging through her drawers, finding clothes then leaving before I woke her up.
She just got home maybe three hours ago.
I didn't want to wake her up.
After I got dressed, I had a text from Lance that he was outside. I grabbed my house keys before walking downstairs to the front door then walked out.
I locked everything up before walking to his car that was parked on the side of the road. I opened the door, got in then placed my seat belt on before greeting him as he drove off.
"You seem tired."
"Yeah." I yawned. "I didn't even have coffee."
He shook his head. "Not today and not for the next four days."
"What?"
I saw him smile as he was looking at the road. "You're in training as of right now. No sugar or fattening foods."
I felt my mouth open as I stared at him in complete shock. "That's bullshit."
"It's what everyone does when they're in training. Sugar and fat slows you down. You got to keep your adrenaline up. Your energy. Focus. All those things are going to slow you down if you consume them."
"I'm not going to make it."
He chuckles. "You'll make it. Just got to focus and believe in yourself."
Sighing, I lean back and look out the window as I wasn't sure where the hell we were going. He kept driving and I leaned back up before looking around, wondering why we were driving so far.
"I know I don't fully know you.. but I have a tracker on my phone."
He looks at me and makes a face. "I'm not kidnapping you. We're going to a place I know and we'll train there. The town is too noisy and when people start waking up then they're going to be a distaction."
Looking at him, I look back out the window as we were driving away from town before coming down a road and stopping.
After he shuts the car off, he gets out and I did the same. I look around as we were on an abandoned street with no houses but it had street lights, so it wasn't completely dark.
The sun hasn't came up yet.
"Ok, so what we'll do first is some stretches. Wake your body up and make everything start moving as we get ready to do some shit."
I nodded as I followed his directions and started stretching the way he was. I never knew that it was going to be hard to do so when I couldn't even bend a certain way.
