Write A Book by Somo^

"Journey!"

Madison and Morgan both yelled before pulling me inside. I couldn't help but smile as they were telling me how beautiful I looked, even though I wasn't wearing anything fancy.

Just a v-neck, tight jeans and sneakers.

It was around eight, so it wasn't too late and I knew it was the perfect time to go out.

"Mom is so excited about this date." Morgan said before Madion shushed her.

Smiling at them, we stopped at the stairs that lead up then saw Brooke walking down them.

"I knew someone was here." She smiles before stopping in front of me.

"I knocked once then was pulled inside."

Brooke smiles before looking at the girls. "Go upstairs with your mom. She needs help."

They both ran upstairs afterwards.

"They said she was excited about this date." I saw Brooke look at me as I shrug.

Brooke looks upstairs then back at me. "She might be. She kept talking about it."

"What did she say?"

"I don't have a death wish right now." She chuckles. "If Diamond found out I told you all this, I would be punched out."

Looking upstairs, I slightly smile. "I really like her."

That felt good to say even though I never wanted to blurt that out.

Brooke smiled at me afterwards. "I know." She looks upstairs before looking back at me. "Do you know much about her?"

I shrug. "I mean.. I know some things.. like basic. Why?"

"Just wondering." She looks back up for a moment. "I mean.. It's not my place to say anything but she may or may not tell you eventually. If all this goes smoothly of course."

Looking at her, I furrowed my eyebrows. "What do you mean?"

"Already said too much."

Before I could speak, I heard Morgan and Madison yell before looking up and seeing Diamond walking down the stairs with either of them on her side.

She looked gorgeous.

Wasn't wearing too much.

Black jeans with boots and a white shirt underneath with a black jacket.

She stops at the bottom of the steps before leaning down and hugging her daughters. "Behave. I love you both."

"Love you." They smiled at her before coming to me and hugging me.

I smiled as I hugged them back then saw Brooke say something to Diamond before the girls pulled away.

"Alright, well have fun." Brooke smiles at us as I said my goodbye before leading Diamond out the front door.

We walk to my car and I went over to the passenger side before opening the door for her. I saw her stop and stare at me for a moment before getting in the car.

"Thanks." She said.

Smiling at her, I shut the door before walking around and getting in. I started the car and backed out of the driveway a few moments later.

My nerves weren't that shot this time and I wasn't even sure if she was excited or not.

Brooke said otherwise but Diamond shows no emotions unless it's towards her kids or boxing.
