Lost Legacy- Naruto Fanfic

Chapter 9

I pause my reading when I heard Kakashi-sensei shuffle on the sleeping mat. I was reading the book sensei had and I was interested to see what he liked it so much and now I can see why. I saw him open his eyes and I decided to speak.

"You're finally up." He sat up and looked around and finally made contact with me. "Is that my book?"

"Is that the first thing you say after sleeping for three days?" I got up from my chair and sat by him on floor. "You know we were all worried about you when you just collapsed. Naruto thought you had died and took much convincing to tell him you just passed out." I chuckled remembering how Naruto started crying after he passed out.

 "Glad to know that you guys care about me," he sighed before responding. I studied him for while before I continued. "To be honest I thought you were pretty weak when you were fighting Zabuza at first." When I said I could've sworn I saw him get stab.

"Like you got tricked and you were trapped in that bubble thing I almost that you were lying about being jounin." I saw depressing lines on sensei and I laughed a little. "I had my doubts but after Naruto and Sasuke got you out you proved yourself." I smiled at the end.

"I'm glad I proved to you that I was an actual jounin to you at the end." He grabbed his book from my hand shaking his head. "But you lost a little respect from me when you passed out and I had to help carry you to the house." With that said there was depressing lines on him again.

" But besides that I feel like I've seen you somewhere before you became our sensei like its a dazed memory but I can't really remember." I told him.  You know like one those memories you have you can't tell if it's real or not. I remember seeing silver hair and a mask like his saving me from drowning. 

"You probably have seen me around the village since I live there too you know," he waved me off and I glared at me, he wasn't taking what I said seriously.

"I'm not kidding I remember someone exactly like you sa-" I was cut off when the door slammed open and Naru's voiced out. "Sensei you're alright!"

Tazuna and his daughter daughter was behind Naruto along with Sakura and Sasuke. "If the Sharingan puts too much strain on your body sensei you shouldn't use it." Sakura informed him. 

Naruto sat down by me followed by Sakura and Sasuke and we all listened to sensei talking about trackers. We all froze when he announced that Zabuza was still alive and I'm not actually that surprise because I found it weird how he waited right before Kakashi-sensei can kill him to come and "finish him off". And my gut told me this mission was far from over and my gut is always right.

"I will try to train you guys as quickly as possible." I raised my eyebrow at that. What was he going to make us do, 300 jumping jacks, 500 push-ups, 100 around the house, and fight each other? Or make us fight us to the death like what happened to Zabuza! Ehh... maybe not.

"But how will you train us when you can't move sensei and a last minute training won't defeat Zabuza."

"How was I able to defeat Zabuza?" Kakashi asked and answered himself. "It was because you guys helped  me, you've guys grown.  And Naruto you've grown the most."
                                                                                                                                                                                                        I smiled and shook Naruto beside me, "You heard that he said you've grown the most which means you redeemed yourself."

"I'm glad you noticed Kakashi-sensei and things will only get better after this."

"I don't believe this!" A voice came from behind and we looked back to see a little boy no older than nine.
