Chapter 21

'Whatever happens this is your fault, Kakashi-sensei' I said to myself as I went to where Sakura was standing and pushed her out the way. And just as I did that, Kusagakure ninja was smiling  at me and something told me that moment, this was a trap.

"Ahhh!" I let out a pitch high scream when her hand came in contact with my chest. I coughed out blood as I was thrown back at least 12 feet away and slammed against a tree. I tried to move body but it felt as my body completely froze. I grabbed my neck with my hands as I suddenly  was choking.

"I got you where I want you," the Kusagakure ninja prated while I was still slumped on the ground choking. My vision blurred as I heard Sasuke and Sakura yelling out my name and was that Naruto I heard too? This almost felt the same as when I was back in Land of Waves. Tears ran down my face when I felt like my body was on fire, was I going to die like this? My head started hurting and my eyes were burning making more tears coming out.

I saw two Sakuras running towards when my body felt like it was bloated and my ears were ringing. "Kaiya... are alright... say...please." Was all I heard before I went completely deaf and my whole body shut down.

Before Sasuke could even register what was happening to Kaiya, the Kusagakure ninja was coming towards him on top of the giant snake. His body froze, what he was going to? "Should I just accept death?" He asked himself was the lady came closer. And just before the snake could swallow him, something stopped it.

Huh He looked to see what happened, and it was Naruto blocking the snake from getting to him with his body towards him and a kunai in the skin of the snake. "Are you hurt... scaredy cat?" Naruto inquired and he immediately thought back on the way to the Land of Waves. He had said that to Naruto and now there he was with Naruto mocking, saying the same thing he said.

"This stupid coward is absolutely not Sasuke I know!" Naruto yelled out. Sasuke watched as Naruto was grabbed by her tongue and thrown away. He thought of what he said, he wasn't wrong. For once in his life Naruto was right, there he was standing not doing not anything, he had let Naruto save him, he had the Uchiha name down, and most of all Kaiya had gotten hurt; all because he was scared do do anything.

Naruto struggled in the hold of the Kusagakure ninjas' tongue. He glared at her in front of wondering what she was doing when she lift his shirt. "Five-Element Seal!" She said as she pressed he hands on his stomach as he screamed with his eyes growing wide. His eyes were like the demon fox eyes before going back to their original looks and he passed out.

Sakura watched as her teammate was being thrown away as trash by the ninja. Why isn't Sasuke doing anything?! She carefully placed Kaiya's head off her and quickly threw her kunai at Naruto, saving him from the fall. "Naruto's certainly different from you. He's a clutz and kinda gets in the way but at least he's not a coward!" She yelled frustrated with him doing nothing.

Sasuke gritted his teeth But what could he say she was right along with Naruto. His mind thought of the person who made him the way this way, why he was getting strong so that he could him, Itachi. "Foolish little brother." He could hear his voice brother 's voice in his head like it does every night before he goes to sleep.

This ninja wasn't going to stop him, he had to kill his brother before he could've ever die.  It was his turn now, Kiaya and Naruto had done their part.  He opened his eyes revealing the sharingan.

The Kusagakure ninja smiled as he Sasuke finally getting ready to fight. Sasuke held the kunai tightly and took a deep breathe and thought, How can someone who can't put his life on the line like this beat that man! He held the kunai with his mouth before he charged at the ninja.
