Lost Legacy- Naruto Fanfic

Chapter 19

School is killing you guys I have two test and three projects due next week :(. But onward with the chapter!!!.

"Doesn't this look like a nice forest to camp in." I simpered looking at forest that looked like you couldn't tell the difference between day and night. You could see the snakes crawling on the trees and it just gave this eerie feeling.

"This place is really creepy," Sakura said. I look at Anko who smiled before continuing, "This place is called and you'll soon find out why." It looked like the forest death already I didn't need to go inside of it to find out.

" 'This place is called and you'll soon find out why' " Naruto mimicked and I busted out laughing. God do I love Naruto. "Do your worst, I'm not scared, I can handle anything!"

"Oh? Looks like we have a tough guy." She stated and I saw  her pull out a kunai and aimed it at Naruto; I quickly took deflected it with my own kunai. She had a surprise look on her face for a second but she recovered and continued with her process of trying to scare Naruto and the others. 

"Kids like you die at the beginning, covered in the blood that I like." I looked at approaching Anko just as she was about to wipe Naruto's blood. She quickly took out another kunai but she just handed her the other kunai she threw at Naruto. But that's not the weird part the ninja gave it with her tongue, like her actually tongue that was all slimy. Just as I thought Anko was weird she just set the bar high.

"I wouldn't recommend you standing behind unless you want a premature end." Anko warned the grass ninja. "It's just that I get excited when I see blood and when it cut my hair, I couldn't help myself. Pardon me." I watched as the ninja returned back to its original spot I accidently made eye contact with her, and she smiled creepily at me and quickly turned my head.

I shook my head as I saw Naruto thinking, "No, your tongue can't do what she just did Naruto."  "How did you know that I was thinking that?" He asked and I just laughed back.

"Well, before we start the second exam, I have something for you guys to sign. It a consent form that you guys going to have to read before u sign." She stated.

"Why?"

"Things are going to get crazy after this and I need your consent for it or it will be my responsibility." Anko laughed before she past out the papers to us. I read the papers as she explained the exam to us, this paper just meant it's our fault that we die in that death forest and not hers.

Remember if you have an earth scroll you going to need a heaven scroll and this test have a time limit." A time limit? How long, a day maybe two?  "You have five days to complete it."

"Five days?" Ino screeched out with Choji following behind her. "What are suppose to eat?"

"Just look around there's plenty of things to eat all of you." She answered nonchalantly.

"Well if I knew that I would've bought my suitcase." I said and some of them looked at me strange acting like this is the most weirdest thing that's been said all day. Five days might sound like a lot but its not. Being in a forest where you have to try to steal your enemies scroll while at the same time protecting yours. Not mentioning you not trying to die in the process, your body going to need rest, and looking for food that's not poisonous; this is not going to be easy.

So, what if I'm in the middle of it, can I quit?" Someone asked and I knew it was Shikamaru only him can ask a question like that. "Can you quit in a middle of fight?" She answered with a question. "Of course not! You can't quit in the middle of a battle unless you want to be killed.

Anko said, "Moving forward, criteria of disqualification." Anko," she said in happy tone. She was obviously having a great time with this.  "Rules that gets you disqualified: If none of the team members are able to reach the tower containing the Heaven and Earth Scrolls in the amount of time.  If a team loses a player or one becomes disabled. There's that and definitely wait until you've arrived to the tower before peeking inside the scrolls."
