Third Point of View
Two Months Later
In the Hokage's office, Tsunade reclined in her chair, her brow furrowed with a mix of concern and contemplation. Kakashi, leaning against a wall, eyed her curiously. The subject of their discussion weighed heavily on both their minds.
This wasn't what she had expected when she gave Kaiya that B-rank mission. She found the easiest mid-rank mission and gave it to her so she could take her mind off what happened. Once she completed that mission, the brat was on her back everyday to give her one and reluctantly she gave her one every time. She hated to admit it, but she had a soft spot for Kaiya.
And every time she wondered if she lead the girl to her death, but she always came back with a successful completed mission. She was growing stronger as a kunoichi and might she say she was growing to fast.
"Tsunade, have you noticed Kaiya's recent progress? She's been completing missions faster than we anticipated," Kakashi remarked, his one visible eye narrowing in thought.
Tsunade sighed, her fingers tapping on the desk. "Yes, I've been keeping an eye on her records. Four C-ranks and eleven B-ranks in such a short span. It's impressive, but it's also raising eyebrows."
Kakashi raised an eyebrow. "Eyebrows? Whose?"
"The Elders," Tsunade replied, her expression growing more serious. "They've been pressuring me to promote Kaiya to Jonin. They believe her capabilities warrant it."
Kakashi's gaze sharpened. "And what do you think?"
Tsunade leaned back, crossing her arms. "I'm not entirely against the idea, but I want to be sure. Kaiya is undeniably talented, but the speed of her progression is raising questions. I'm worried that it might be too much, too soon. And let's not forget the bounty on her is only going to get worse"
Kakashi nodded in understanding. "She's grown remarkably, but rushing her promotion could bring unnecessary pressure. Maybe a training session would help us decide."
Tsunade considered his suggestion. "You might be right. If she excels, we can consider the promotion more seriously."

Kakashi strolled back to his house, thoughts of the impending training session lingering in his mind. He couldn't help but reflect on how much she had grown. From the inexperienced genin he once trained to the capable kunoichi before him, Kaiya's evolution was a testament to her dedication.
He silently mused, 'She's come a long way. The young girl with dreams has become a formidable ninja.' Pride swelled within him, the acknowledgment that his guidance had played a part in her journey. As he entered, he noticed Kaiya in her training attire, ready to go on her solo practice.
"Hey, Kaiya," he greeted, eyeing her determined expression. "Where are you off to?"
She turned, a glint of eagerness in her eyes. "I was just heading out for some solo training."
Kakashi tilted his head, studying her. "Solo training, huh? Well, change of plans. How about a training session with me instead?"
Kaiya's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "With you, Kakashi? That's unexpected, but I'm up for it."
He nodded, a small smirk playing on his lips. "Consider it a chance to prove yourself and show me what you've got. Meet me at the training grounds in ten minutes."
With that, Kakashi left Kaiya with a mix of excitement and curiosity. The unexpected turn of events intrigued her, and she wasted no time in preparing for the impromptu training session.
