Lost Legacy- Naruto Fanfic

Chapter 17

"Finally you guys made it here," Kakashi-sensei said to us as we walked up to him.

"Good day to you too sensei," I rolled my eyes and couldn't help myself but looked around. I saw so many different people, I could tell some where from Amegakure, Takigakure, and Sunagakure.

"Well, I'm glad all of you made it here as a team so now you guys can officially participate in the exam. At least three of you guys." Sensei announced and we all got confused. What did he mean by that? "I don't get it." I deadpanned.

"You can only enter the chunin exams as a three-man group. Lucky for you guys since it's being hosted here, the Hokage got away with you guys being a four-man team instead. If that wasn't the the case we would've took one of you guys and put put you in a group." He explained to us.

'Ohh' When I was reading the rules for the chunin exams I thoughts that was a preferred thing not that it was a rule. 

"If you had  to pick one of us to put in a group who would've you picked?" Sakura asked. I looked at Kakashi-sensei I was too curious to who he would've picked.

"It would've been Kaiya."

"Ehh?!" Why her?" Naruto asked too loud. I looked back at sensei to see if he would explain himself.

"Out of all four of you she's the most flexible mentally even physically." He muttered the last part. "She adapts better with others. Sasuke you too, well you. Naruto I don't know how they would've dealt with you. Sakura I think you would've have withdrawal symptoms from Sasuke." I smiled at the compliment he gave me I guess that makes me even better than Sasuke. I snickered to myself and turned to Sasuke smiling at him with him returning it with a scowl.

"But that doesn't matter, I'm proud of you guys. Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kaiya I wish all of you guys luck from here on."  I looked to see Naruto on the verge of crying from happiness, Sasuke looking the same as usual, Sakura looked worried. 

Before Naruto can say something sobby I grabbed his hands and pushed Sasuke. "We will do you proud sensei!"

We walked to the other section of the building   We walked up to the front to see  a group and the door for us to get in door was guarded with two ninjas. Looking at their faces I've seen them somewhere in the village. Mhmm.... I remember them know! They're the one who caught me trying to leave Konoha when I was eight because my favorite bakery was closing. Ahh fun times.

"Kotetsu and Izumo." I said and they looked at me. 

"You can tell its us?" Izumo asked. I looked around to see a couple of surprised faces. Ohh, I guess this was suppose to be a genjutsu, it must've been a weak one if it didn't work at all on me. I learned I couldn't been caught in a genjutsu unless it was strong one, when I was in the academy and I was wondering what the others were awing about. I had walked to Iruka-sensei to asked him if the others were going crazy.

I focused back where I was and saw someone stopping Sasuke's kick along with Kotetsu. He must be strong to stop both of their kicks at the same time without difficulty. He must've been a year ahead of us since he was from Konoha and wasn't in the same class as us.

We stood there watching the green boy conversating with his teammate. And one of them was a Hyuga. We looked to see him blush when he make contact with Sakura. 

"My name is Rock lee. You're Sakura right?" He introduced himself to us well to Sakura. I guess the rest of us were invisible. Sakura just looked at him confused.

Please be my girlfriend! I vow to protect you with my life" He smiled with a thumbs up. I held my laugh but he looked like a sweet person though.

"Definitely not." She deadpanned.
