Chapter 32

I jumped off the last tree and walked into the village town. The destruction was vast, houses were broken down, poles we cut, and there were cracks on the ground like mini earthquakes.

I knelt down when I saw a kunai coming at my direction and coming up I was met with two sound ninjas. Immediately both rushed as they swung a powerful right punch. The guy on the left his punch was faster, however I was able to catch both of their punches, twisted their hand, and pushed them back.

I took out two kunai, ran towards them head front, and at the last minute I teleported behind them stabbing them in their backs. I pulled out the kunai, but not before twisting them and knocking them out.

I heard a child's scream and headed towards that direction. The child came into view, with another sound ninja smiling towering over him with a knife in his hand. "Get away from him!" I yelled out as I did the sign for the Earth Spikes Jutsu. "And what you're going to do abo-"

"Earth spikes!" I directed the spikes right under him and sent him flying Kami knows where. "Are you okay?" I asked the little boy in front of me who looked five or six. He didn't say anything as he tried to stop himself from crying and wipe his snot.

"Anybody here besides you?" I asked and picked him up comforting him. "N-no... my mom w-went to the store and left me at the house." He sniffled. "T-there was this explosion, and e-everybody was leaving, but I tripped. I-I was hiding until he found me."

"It's okay," I patted his head. I could leave him alone for him to go try and find the shelter on his own, but who knows what else he would run to. So, the option was taking him there myself. "I'll take you to the shelter."

I held on to the child tightly and jumped on the few houses that wasn't destroyed. I leaped from on house to next trying to see where the shelter was while trying to make sure no one else was hurt. And just as I was about to make it to shelter, I was hit with a water jutsu.

I was pushed off the roof top and went tumbling down until I hit the ground. I tried covering the child with myself, so I could get most of the impact of the fall. My body hurts, it hurts so bad.

I got up making the child go behind. Yet again, another sound ninja stood in front of me. How many did Orochimaru bring, did he take the whole entire sound village with him here?!! I've been here for no more than five minutes, and this is the fourth one I've encountered.

"The downfall of the Leaf Village is today!" The ninja declared. "I'll kill everybody from this village whether it be a shinobi or villager." He ran at me with the sword in his hand.

I quickly used my kunia as a defense, blocking the sword from my face. I couldn't keep it for long, since his strength was overpowering me, so I did what most would do. I gave him a chakra-infused chakra kick where the sun doesn't shine. There go his future kids.

He dropped his sword; knelt down as he grabbed his private part. "T-t-that's such a coward move," he stammered. "I don't care," I responded punching him in face, putting him to sleep.

"Let's go," I picked up the child and carried on with my way. "Thank you, ne-chan. You're like an angel," he said as he looked up to me with stars in his eyes. "You welcome. Just doing my job was a shinobi." I said with a smile.

We finally made to the shelter with a leaf ninja guarding it. "Go inside, I'm sure your mother is inside waiting for you." I spoke with a soft voice and patted his head. "Okay," he nodded his head. "Thank you, be safe, ne-chan!" He waved as he ran inside. Things like that makes me happy about being a kunoichi.
