⚠️ Warning ⚠️
If you don't like blood and violence, or anything to do with a crime scene, I suggest you skip the first few paragraphs. It's not that bad, but I'll rather be safe than sorry. I'll separate the crime scene and next part with a few *.

I hate this part of the job. The part where you have to go and see the crime scene. As you enter the room, the smell is already there. And the horrifying blood stains on the wall just makes it even worse. The body was already covered, and I'm very thankful for that.
"Stabbed to death, you can see that with the blood stains on the walls," I say to no one specific, trying not to gringe. "This was a crime of aggressiveness and irritation and the killer didn't plan the kill, it was a last minute decision. If he planned the murder and wanted the job finished and done quickly, he would've used a gun. The victim and the killer obviously had a disagreement about something, as you can see the papers scattered across the table and floor over there, and the killer had a switch flipped in his mind or something like that."
I walk over to the papers on the floor and picked them up to look at it. Just banking details and statements. "Was about money, I think." Glancing at the team behind me I see them staring at me. Confused, I ask, "What?"
"How do you know all of that? The forensics haven't even talked to us yet, and you could already tell what happened?" Kim asks as I shrug.
"Not really that hard you know, just open you eyes and try to make a scenario, but it's all speculation. None of it could be true, in fact I can be wrong." I say as I stand back up.
"No, no your not. That's exactly what happened here, I was going to tell you now, but looks like you already figured it out," The forensics says looking amazed.
"Okay, I want everyone to ask around in this street and Neighborhood if they know anything about what happened, see if we can find an eye witness or something useful," Sergeant Voight says. Soon the team files out of the room and back outside. Everyone split up through the neighborhood, asking everyone we could find.

"So you you don't know anything about what happened to Garcia this morning," Jay asks the lady in front of us. Sergeant Voight just texted us the victim's name: Garcia Mitchell. We were currently asking the lady that lived just across from the crime scene if she new anything.
"No, I'm very sorry, I feel useless not being able to help you, but please let me know if there's anything I can do for you," she says. Behind her I saw a little boy, probably 5 or 6 years old, standing in the hallway, his eyes were bloodshot and he looked scared.
"Is that your son," I ask before I can stop myself. From the corner of my eye I can see Jay giving me an eye, but I ignore it.
"Yes, why?" She asks frowning and sounding a bit defensive.
"Do you mind if I talk to him, he looks like he might know something. I won't push to hard or anything, I just want to talk if it's okay with you, Mrs Lanchaster," I say. The boy definitely saw something, I just know it. You know that feeling in your gut that you just know something, I have that.
She takes a minute, trying to decide if she should trust me but then she spoke up, "Okay, he was outside when this happened, but I don't know if he could've seen anything or hear anything. His names Micheal." She let's me inside the house, Jay following behind me.
The boy was sitting on his bed, playing with a spiderman figurine. I went over to him and sat next to him on the bed. "Hi Micheal," I say smiling. He doesn't look up at me once. "I was wondering if I could talk to you about what happened earlier," I say, he doesn't respond. Seeing that he won't talk to me I decided to earn his trust somehow. Crossing my legs I grab his iron man figurine and start playing with him. He looked at me strangely, but soon started playing with me. Pretending to swing across buildings, while I pretend to fly through an imaginary City.
"You can't tell anyone what my identity is, you evil Banana Man! I only trust SHIELD to know my true identity. I'm going to destroy you," he says to the banana who, apparently is the bad guy. Suddenly I have an idea.
"Hey Micheal, can I tell you a secret," I whisper in his ear. His eyes widen with excitement and he nods enthusiastically. I turn towards Jay, standing at the doorframe, "Could you give us a minute, I need to discuss something very top secret that only we are aloud to know about," I say, winking at him trying to sound very serious. He smirks before heading out the door.
"Micheal, you need to listen to me, what I'm about to tell you, should stay a secret okay. No one can know what I'm about to tell you," I say, trying to sound very serious. He nods very carefully. "Look, I'm a secret agent of SHIELD, trying to catch really bad badguys, and I could use some help. Nick Fury knows all about you and told me you would be the best person to ask for help. So can I ask you something, but you can't tell anyone okay?" I grab my phone to show him my Screensaver. It was coincidental that my Screensaver was a SHIELD background. His eyes widen with excitement and nods for me to continue, "Do you maybe know what happened at the house across the street?"
His eyes widen, but he nods, "There was a guy there and he sounded very angry when Auntie Garcia wouldn't let him in the house, he then... then pushed her inside and slammed the door. I don't know what happened next, but I heard screaming and went over to Auntie Grarcia and when I looked through the window she was lying on the ground, and then I turned around and ran back to my room."
"Can you describe the man to me?"
"He was big and... fat and had a grey beard and short grey hair." He says, but whispered the word 'fat'. I jotted the description of the man down, before I forget.
"Micheal, you really are the best help we could've asked for! I'm definitely telling Nick Fury, but one last question. If I come back with a few pictures, would you be able to show me who the man was?" I ask. He nods and I cracked the biggest smile ever.
"Thank you Micheal, you are a great help! But remember, no one can know about our talk okay, this is top secret," I say before getting up and walking out of the room to where Jay and his mother was standing.
"Please come back again!" I hear Micheal yell from his room. His mom and I give each other a glance and share a grin. "Don't tell him that you know, but I told him I'm a secret agent, he did in fact see the murderer, so he gave me a description. We're heading to the station, to tell our Sergeant, and then I'll let you know what will happen next. Thank you for letting me talk to him. This was really a lot of help Mrs. Lanchaster," I say. Before anyone can say anything, our phones went off and Sergeant Voight sent a text saying that everyone should get to the bullpen in 10.
"We have to get going though, we'll stay in touch," Jay says as he practically dragged me out of the house. I almost doubled over as something gripped my thigh. Turning around I saw Micheal hugging me, "Please come back soon, and catch the badguy." I squat down to come face to face with the 5 year old. "I promise," I say before he ingulfed me into a hug. With that I stood back up and walked over to the truck, not saying a word...
