Hi everyone, thank you for all the well wishes despite my country in lockdown. I am very touched and because of thanking everyone, I rushed this chapter out and I really hope for forgiveness if you spot and most likely will spot all my grammatical mistakes. Hee Hee

Zhan Xian mind is working in circle, his face is so lost that now the emperor is so worry for him. Zhan Xian is thinking so hard because those relevant points just point the person that he is going to marry to Wangyi, circumstances like "17 years old" "living not in Wei country but in Cheng tribes". these explains all the innocent and also why Wangyi is not familiar with the city, suddenly, he felt that there is no one other than his "Wang Wang" and he feels stressed and disgusted that Wangyi might fall into the hand of his evil scheming eldest brother who already have dozen of concubines.

Suddenly, Zhan Xian felt joy seeping into his heart and he cannot contains his joy anymore and suddenly he kneel in front of his parents

Zhan Xian is still in kneeling position while he was talking to his parents, and he felt like somehow his heart beat is faster than ever thinking of his cute 'Wang Wang' almost fallen into the hands of his evil eldest brother who is all out for gaining power and consolidating himself onto the throne. Thinking of how his cute Wang Wang might have fallen into those hands of his eldest brother brings coldness and determination into his eyes. The life of a prince is never easy and thus Zhan Xian has always been careful but when it comes to Wang Wang, he knew he doesn't need to think further, anything that brings harm to that innocent cutie, he will always will his sword and power to defend and protect his 'Wang Wang'.

However, the shock is now both the parents and of course also the little brother, however, because he is young, he just frowns and looks at his brother like he is an alien. This is especially so the emperor, he knows his son through and through, looking at it now, maybe he is not sure now. He expects to give maybe one thousand and one reasons to try and convince his son but it seems like his son actually the one accepting the marriage without much considerations and even questioning.

"Err...I-I... why..w-why..." Emperor is also lost for words talking to Zhan Xian, he likes that Zhan Xian agreed to the marriage proposal but he wonder why and he doesn't know how or what to ask.

Zhan Xian is a especially intelligent man so he knew that his father is having strange thoughts about him agreeing to the marriage so readily.

"Ahem...Father, I think you always have good taste for woman" Zhan Xian teases his father.

"Huh! What are you saying, you want your mother to chase me out of the bedroom today or what?" the shocking emperor thought his son is creating trouble for him, talking about his harem which he had disbanded many years ago because of Ching'er.
