"Jimin, you need to eat," Yoongi begged the silent boy, holding a plate of dry biscuits. "Just one, so you can take your medication. Please, for me, baby. Please!"
Jimin just stayed quiet, facing away from Yoongi and Namjoon. He hadn't moved once, not since learning about Taehyung. Yoongi was starting to give up, not knowing what to do.
"Minie, listen to me," Namjoon sighed, getting up of the armchair he was sat in to kneel in front of Jimin, looking at him directly. The small boy just avoided eye contact but didn't make an effort to turn away. "You need to eat something to take your pills. If you don't, you're just gonna get ill. Now, come on, help us out here. Help yourself, buddy."
Yoongi watched, quietly, as Jimin refused to respond. He didn't even shake his head, he just laid there with a completely blank expression. He had lost all reason to engage, he had lost his soulmate, and now there was nothing for him. He did't want to live a life wihtout Taehyung.
Namjoon sighed, running out of ideas. They had tried everything, other than shouting at the boy - which they just weren't going to do. He glanced up at Yoongi, his eyes telling him to do something, though the elder had no idea either.
Yoongi wracked his brain, trying to think of a way to break through to his boyfriend. It was breaking his heart, seeing Jimin look so... Empty.
"Right," The elder said, standing up from the bed. "That's enough of this shit."
"Hyung," Namjoon scolded, slightly. They needed to be gentle with the boy at the moment, and Yoongi's comment most certainly was not gentle.
"No," Yoongi shook his head. "Jimin, we're stopping this now. I will not have what happened last week, happen again."
Jimin still laid, facing away from the elder, not even acknowledging him in the slightest. Yoongi, pulled his shoulder back, pulling him up into a sitting position. He didn't fight it, he just closed his eyes and let him drag him around like a ragdoll.
"Namjoon, grab that chair," Yoongi said, gesturing to a wheelchair in the corner of the room. Namjoon was about to question him, but just shrugged and did so without saying anything.
Yoongi scooped his boyfriend up in his arms, carefully, and sat him down in the wheelchair. "We are getting out of this room."
Namjoon followed as Yoongi practically kidnapped the boy and took him out of the room. It wasn't until they reached the end of the hallway, when Namjoon realised where Yoongi was taking them. He pushed open the double door so Yoongi could guide Jimin into the large waiting room.
Yoongi pushed the wheelchair over to the piano, not even minding the fact that Jimin still had his eyes closed. "If you are refusing to take your tablets, I'll give you another kind of medication."
He stationed the chair, facing away from the instrument, gesturing to Namjoon to sit with the boy while he took a seat on the bench.
The room was silent until Yoongi delicately brushed his fingers over the ivory keys, letting his mind drift as a soft melody filled the room.
Namjoon watched with a small smile, listening to the beautiful tune, holding Jimin's hand.
The small boy opened his eyes as soon as the music started, frowning for a second before feeling tears swell in his eyes. His heart felt heavy, the melody clouding his mind. He bit his lip, trying not to cry too much. He just let himself enjoy the music, feel it in his heart, until it was rudely inturrupted.
Yoongi stopped pressing the keys, abruptly, as the doors slammed open.
"Guys!" Minho ran into the room, sounding annoyed and stressed. "You need to come with me!"
