"You look beautiful." Blaise said once we were back in the room Voldemort had set aside for us. There was no reception, just a forced marriage then leave.

"Thanks." I said waving my wand and my hair fell out of the bun. I picked up the pin Pansy had put in my hair earlier. I touched it with my wand and the Black crest changed to the Gryffindor crest. I laughed.

"What?" Blaise asked. I showed him the pin.

"Pansy." I said. He nodded, taking off his tie.

"Lily we-" He said but I stopped him.

"I don't want to be mean but why did you do this? You know I don't love you." I sighed.

"I know. Believe me I know that. I did it because I believe I would be more understanding of that then Rabastian Lestrange would. I know you love someone who is in a cell right now. I know that." He sighed sitting on the bed.

I waved my wand and it transformed into a black robe. I let out a sigh. Everything is black. I felt lightheaded and grabbed onto the bookshelf.

"You really mean, through sickness and health thing?" I asked. He nodded. "Alright." I said, going to sit beside him.

"Do you know what a Horcrux is?" I asked as he nodded. "Part of my bargain   was that I become one for the dark lord." I said he gasped. "It made me powerful." I said.

"That's why you can do things no one else can, that's why you let off waves of dark magic." He sighed. I nodded.

"My body was never meant for this. I was raised with light magic. Basically the use of my magic has been contaminated by dark magic and it's killing me." I said looking away.

"How long?" He asked.

"How long have I been sick or how long do I have left?" I asked.

"Both." He said.

"I have been sick for 2 years; the doctors say I have a good 3-5 years left. I have no clue if it can kill me seeing as I am a Horcrux, but it hurts. In the beginning it was not so bad. A few headaches, some sick days. But it got worse the more I used my magic." I said.

"I knew something was wrong." Blaise said.

I looked away.

"I assume Draco knew?" Blaise asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"How did he find out?" Blaise asked.

"I had been sick for a few months at this point, hiding it. But Draco came into my room one night and found me in the bathroom throwing up blood. He was conquered so I told him. He and I were the only ones who knew. NowI guess you do too." I said.

"Lily, I am so sorry." He said taking my hands.

"It's alright." I said. We sat in awkward silence.

"Lily, we don't have to do this if you don't feel like it." Blaise said.

"I want to try, we should at least try to be a happy regular couple." I sighed. He nodded.

He leaned over and kissed me softly. I kissed him back putting my arms around his neck. It felt wrong. Like I was cheating on George.

He moved down and kissed my neck.

"I can do this." I thought. "I can do this." I said.

Blaise kissed more.

"I can't do this." I said. His lips were off me in an instant.

"I am sorry. I can't. "I said, pulling my legs up to my chest.

"Go. I will come get you in the morning." He said.

I knew what he meant. I snapped my fingers and my black robe turned into a pair of Black leggings and green top. I grabbed a black cape and pulled the hood on.

"Thank you." I said leaving.

"Lily?" He asked.

"Yeah?" I said, turning around to look at him.

"Make it count." He smiled. I smiled leaving the room. I rushed down the stairs and into the basement.
