Revenge

Misaki's P.O.V.

It had been a couple days since she had seen Kisaki, and it was now Saturday - the day Mikey wanted to hang out. 

Misaki stared in the mirror at the outfit she had picked out. She wore high-waisted light denim jeans with the ends cuffed slightly and added a black belt. She then paired the jeans with a plain black short sleeved shirt she had cropped at some point or another and shoved on her usual pair of black combat boots. She finished the look off by adding a red and black plaid long-sleeve shirt, opting to tie it around her waist in case she got cold.

She decided to wear her hair down today, although she did braid a couple pieces of hair for fun. As she walked out of her house to meet Mikey outside, she grabbed her phone, wallet and keys, shoving them into her pockets. 

As she looked up after locking the front door, she saw Mikey leaning on his bike in the street. He wore his hair in his usual half-up fashion, some wisps tickling his cheeks. Funnily enough, his choice of clothing was very similar to hers. He wore jeans, a black shirt and a flannel, although he wore his and it had a hood. He finished his look off with white combat boots. 

As Misaki got close, she looked to Mikey's eyes in greeting. In typical Mikey fashion, he sent her a lazy smile and a wave, to which she reciprocated. 

"Hey, Mikey." She stated cheerfully, walking over to his bike.

"No Draken today?" She then asked, eyes looking left and right up and down the street to see if the tattooed boy was nearby. 

"Not today, I thought it could be just us since it's been a while. You know I don't like sharing." He answered (although whined that last part out), before standing his bike up. He stared at her expectantly and Misaki nodded before hopping onto the bike to sit behind him. 

This would be the first time she would ride with him and be alone with him since she came back to this time, and she had to admit...she was a little nervous.

"You look pretty cute today, by the way~" Mikey commented playfully.  Although his eyes stayed forward, Misaki could almost imagine the mischievous glint that was likely present in them. She could hear the smirk in his voice and she chuckled.

"Thanks. You too." She responded teasingly, before poking his cheek. Unknowingly to her, his cheeks warmed at her jest. He then snickered at her response before cheekily saying, "I know!" 

Misaki half-heartedly rolled her eyes at his response and shook her head, a light smile present on her face. 

"Hold on tight." Mikey then stated, turning to look at her from the corner of his dark eyes. She nodded, and wrapped her arms tightly around Mikey's waist. A moment later and they were blazing down the streets.

"So where are we going?" She half-shouted in Mikey's ear. 

"It's a surprise~" He responded back, turning his head to send her a grin. She rolled her eyes but smiled back and relaxed her grip slightly. Even then though, she could feel how tough his abs were underneath the shirt he wore. 

She sighed contentedly, and just enjoyed the ride. Besides, they used to do this all the time, right? So it shouldn't be so weird. 

They road for about twenty minutes until they ended up in what seemed to be the center of the bustling streets of Shibuya.

She stared at the people, the lights, the tall buildings, everything with wonder in her eyes. 

It's been so long since I've seen this. Somehow it still manages to look amazing .

"It's been a while since I've been here." She spoke in Mikey's ear as they had stopped at a light, repeating her thoughts. 

"I came not too long ago to see Ken-chin, and found a pretty cool spot while we were here." Mikey noted. She nodded and he continued forward for a couple more minutes until they came to a stop in front of what looked to be a warehouse of some sort.
