A/N: alright so for this fanfic there is so much ground to cover between them all that I’ve decided every chapter from now on is going to represent another month and there will be two chapters for every month, one for Bailey, one for Niall. I’ve obviously never done a fanfic this way before so bear with me ahah(:

July 2012

Bailey’s P.O.V.

“Alright ready?”

“Go.”

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY BAILEY!”

I jerked up in my bed as the five boys laughed at succeeding at scaring me awake. I looked at my clock and saw it was only 8 AM.

“Too. Early,” I groaned pulling my sheets over my head.

“Get up,” Niall demanded yanking my sheets off of me. “We have a busy day.”

“I thought you said we were just going to sit around and do nothing”,” I said. “Like we do every day.”

“Well I couldn’t spoil the surprise could I?” he smirked. “Alright get up and put on comfortable clothes. You’re going to want them.”

I groaned and sat up. “Get out,” I demanded standing up and running a hand through my hair. “I have to change.”

“So why can’t we stay?” Harry asked with a cheeky smirk. Niall whacked him upside his head and shoved them all out as I laughed.

I walked to my drawers and pulled out a pair of studded shorts and a t-shirt that said “Bear Hugs” with a bear that was wearing orange glasses. I slipped on a pair of floral print TOMs and put on long gold earrings with a beaded bracelet and wrapped a headband across my forehead before doing my makeup and throwing everything I’d need in my Hollister tote bag. In case you haven’t noticed, I’m basically hipster.

“Alright I need coffee before we go,” I yawned as I went downstairs.

“We’ll get Starbucks on the way but we need to go now,” Niall said grabbing my hand and dragging me out the door as I slid my sunglasses on.

“Alright, alright,” I said as he practically threw me into their car.

“Hi Paul,” I sighed sitting properly in my seat as the boys squeezed in behind us.

“Hi Bailey,” he chuckled. “How are you?”

“I’d be a lot better if I wasn’t woken up so unceremoniously,” I glared at Niall who grinned in return and threw his arm around me.

“Niall you just promised her Starbucks,” Liam reminded him, smiling at me kindly. I’d bonded with “Daddy Direction” while I’d been here, strange I know. You’d think I would have bonded with crazy Louis, but I didn’t.

“Oh right. We need to hit Starbucks,” Niall said.

“Got it,” Paul called.

“So what’s the plan,” I yawned again.

“Bailey we can’t tell you that,” Niall scolded.

“Yeah it’d ruin the birthday surpriseness!” Louis said.

“Surpriseness?” I asked raising an eyebrow.

“Yes,” he said with finality and I nodded slowly.

“Alright we have to be quick. Word spreads quick about where we are,” Liam said as we pulled up to a Starbucks.

“Oh stop worrying,” Louis waved him off. “It’s her birthday. Live a little!”
