Today was Saturday also known as Mikayla's first full day of freedom where she's allowed to speak and eat whatever she wants. To celebrate this day Mikayla decided to reach out to Andromeda Tonks and accept her invitation for them to meet, especially after Fred had told Mikayla how Andromeda had helped him with filling in her form back in St. Mungo's. Mikayla thought it would be safer to do it now as it will be too dangerous for her in the summer. As Mikayla is technically supposed to be on house arrest unless she was going for tutoring, Andromeda suggested that Mikayla just came to her house in Kent, where Tonks grew up.

Remus and Tonks were going to be escorting her as they were planning on telling Andromeda and Ted about their new relationship. Mikayla could tell that for the past week Remus was silently freaking out about meeting Tonks' parents, mainly because it is another two people that knows about his lycantrophy. It's not really a secret anymore because of Snape outing him years ago, but he was still worried just how people would react and if Tonks' parents would force them to breakup. Mikayla had already assured him that she was by his side the whole way and should they react badly, she will too walk out with him to show her allegiance. She may be blood related to these people but Remus is family, and he comes first.

Mikayla learned that Ted was apparently very excited to meet her, well mainly anyone from Andromeda's family, but the sentiment is nice. Ted had only knew Sirius years ago, before he was arrested, and the rest of the Black clan hated Ted for 'manipulating' Andromeda to pick him over her family and for being a Muggle-born. According to Tonks, Ted has spent the past two day cleaning the house for Mikayla's arrival. Tonks thinks it's because he wants to prove to Mikayla's ancestors that he was in fact enough for Andromeda, and provided her with a steady love-filled life.

Mikayla tried to remind Tonks yesterday that she had no relationships with any member of the Black family until '94 and even then she never got a chance to form a close bond with her Dad before he died. Her words fell on deaf ears however because Tonks was too busy mumbling to herself, she trying to think about the best way to announce her and Remus' relationship to her parents. Mikayla is terrified about meeting Andromeda and Ted, she feared that she would reach their expectations.

Currently, Mikayla's palms were sweaty and she felt a little nauseous as she continued to silently pre-prepare talking points to prevent any awkward silences. She was almost pacing a hole in the in the twins' sitting room floor, waiting for Remus and Tonks to arrive and pick her up. George seized the blonde by the shoulders and forced her to sit down in the armchair, so she wouldn't wear herself out or ended up dangling from the ceiling of the shop. The second she sat down Mikayla's leg started bouncing rapidly, the sound of her heel making a rather rhythmic drumbeat of the wooden floorboards.

Mikayla looked at her watch to see that Remus and Tonks were fifteen minutes late, "where are they? What if something happened to them?" Mikayla asked as Fred walked in with a cup of tea for her to calm her nerves, "if they don't show up in five minutes then we'll send out a full scale order alert." George planned and Mikayla nodded before chugging her tea. She put the cup onto the coffee table and started picking at her nails anxiously, looking at her watch every few seconds, "I'm gonna be sick." Mikayla announced, she dashes towards the bathroom and launches herself onto her knees in front of the toilet. She just about gets the lid up before spewing up her chugged tea and French toast from breakfast.

"Ugh..." Mikayla groans before getting sick a second time, while Fred moves to gather up all her hair and hold it so she doesn't get chunks in it. He sits down on the edge of the bath and gentle rubs soothing circles into her back while Mikayla continues to get sick. Mikayla's stomach continues to do summersaults, gargling angrily as if she hasn't eaten for days while simultaneously working it's way to completely empty itself. Mikayla groans while placing her cheek on the icy toilet seat that provided her a little bit of relief, resulting in a tired smile.
