Hecta

Edmund coming back to Narnia has really brought my mood up as since these last couple of days I've been feeling more tired as if all my energy had been taken from me. I hadn't told Caspian I was feeling unwell as he would have immediately stopped the search for the Lost Lords and travelled back to Narnia to make sure I am okay. I couldn't let him do that but I think he has realised that something is up but his attention has now focused onto Lucy and Edmund. I want to spend as much time with Edmund to make up for the amount of time we lost. I was currently watching Edmund and Caspian duel with one another making all the crew cheer along until it came to an end with no real winner as they both made their way towards where I was sitting.

"Having fun?" I asked him and I held out a drink for him to have which he took.

"Yes I've missed duelling. It's just a shame it wasn't with you." He said he wrapped his arm around my neck pulling me close to him whilst his other held the cup of water.

"That's because you're simply no match against me, Edmund." I said making him smile and place a kiss on my forehead.

"Edmund." Lucy said from next to me making Edmund snap his head to his younger sister. Do you think if we keep sailing to the end of the world we will just...tip if the edge?"

"Dont worry Lu, we're a long way from there." Edmund told her as I smiled towards her until their cousin came out from nowhere.

"I see your still talking about nonsense and now you have your arms wrapped around a stranger, dont you know better cousin then to go off with random girls." Eustace said making all three of us laugh.

"Edmund actually knows me pretty well considering we first met 1002 years ago." I said with a small smile to Eustace as he looked confused making both Pevensies laugh at my comment.

"Are you feeling better?" Lucy asked Eustace as he came and stood in front of us.

"Yes, no thanks to you or her." Eustace said glaring at me slightly

"I'm Hecta." I said not bothering to stick my hand out knowing he will just refuse it again.

"What and odd name but then again this is and odd place. You fit right in." He said glaring at me.

"As effervescent as ever I see." Reepicheep said making us way towards us. "Found your sea legs?"

"Never lost them. Simply dealing with the shock of things. Mother says I have a acute disposition due to my intelligence." Eustace said making Edmund spit out his drink and me laugh quietly.

"I dont think he has a "a cute" anything." Reepicheep said which made me laugh even more as Edmund brought my closer to him.

"I'll have you know, as soon as we find civilisation, I'm contacting the British Consul and have you all arrested for kidnapping." Eustace said as he began to walk backwards until he crashed into Caspian's chest.

"Kidnapping is it? That's funny. I thought we saved your life." Caspian said with a smirk.

"You held me against my will!" Eustace shouted as he kept trying to walk away from Caspian.

"Ha!" Reepicheep shouted at the young boy.

"Is that so?" I said standing up coming closer to Eustace. "You can go back to your world. We're not stopping you. You can swim to the bottom of the ocean trying to find your world but that might take time." I finished making him become more scared and the others laughed.

"He's quite the complainer isn't he?" Reepicheep said.

"He's just warming up." Edmund told the mouse.
