Edmund

It has been months since I had left Narnia. It had been so long that we had finally won the war making my family come back to England. But I wasn't happy. They knew it. My friend's back in Finchley made me go out to the bars when we turned 18. I looked around as saw girls trying to make their way over to me. My friend Thomas elbows me but I always turn them down. I have had my great love and all I have to show for her is the sceptre in my room that I stare at every time I find myself alone in here.

It took a lot of convincing to get Aslan to allow me to take it out of Narnia but I guess he saw the determination in my eyes and allowed me to keep it. It was hard to say goodbye to Caspian after everything. I gave him the drawings Hecta had drawn for his birthday and in return he gave me a letter from Hecta during the invasion of the Telmarines in Narnia. I haven't yet opened it. I went downstairs into our house and saw Peter, Susan, Lucy, Cat and Eustace staring at me. I had asked them to be here in order whilst I read the letter as they all knew and loved her too. I had also brought the rest of drawings she had done over time to give them. I sat down in front of them all as I began reading.

I looked around and saw every one of us was crying and I took this as a good time to give them their drawings. I handed them out of Peter in front of his throne, Susan reading her books in our garden in Cair Paravel, Lucy with Mr Tumnus and the beavers, Cat on her wedding day and Eustace in his dragon form. I dont know how she managed to fit time in our schedule to draw Eustace but it was beautiful.

"Are you sure there's no way to get her back?" Cat asked looking down at the picture Hecta had drawn for her.

"I don't think so." I said looking down as Cat wrapped her arms around me.

"What do we do with her sceptre?" Lucy asks me since our parents have been very concerned on how I possessed such an item. I think they think I stole it from a museum.

"Can we take a look at it? In case we have to move it somewhere else." I nodded and led them towards my bedroom as we all stood in front of it and admired it.

"I have a suggestion." Peter said making us all look at him. "Call me crazy all you like but we nearly resurrected The White Witch using her wand."

"So?" Susan said not taking the hint.

"Since Hecta used the same dwarf to make both her wand and her sceptre we might be able to bring her back." I said making everyone's eyes widen as I went to grab it and took it to the garden.

"Do we need an arch to allow it to happen?" Lucy asked as I looked outside and saw somehow during the war our trees hard combined together to create a similar arch shape. "Huh. I've never noticed that before."

My hands were shaking. I was terrified of this incase nothing happens. Cat could sense my stress as she went to grab the wand from my hand.

"May I?" She asked making me nod as she walked over to the trees. She stood still for a moment before pressing the sceptre into the ground. Nothing had happened making us all turn back and walk into the house.

"Cat." The voice I have craved to hear spoke as we all turned around and run over to her.

"Omg it worked." Eustace said making us all smile.

"What do we need to do Hecta?" I asked as she smiled at me.

"I need a drop of your blood. Anyone's blood it just cant be Cats due to her being from Narnia." She said as I quickly grabbed a rock causing a cut in my hand as he hand reached out to mine as she took my pulled I was able to pull her into our world. We collapsed on the floor with her on top of me as I looked in her eyes and the same the girl that haunts my dreams. "You kept your promise." She said making me smile as I grabbed her face and kissed her as everyone rushed over to us.

"Don't you dare ever do that again, okay." I said as I saw tears in her eyes and she nodded. She stood up and took in her surroundings making me follow her lead when everyone crashed us into a hug and we stayed like that for hours. I wasn't letting her leave me ever again.
