chapter 6

SINCE GAEL HAD JOINED THE TEAM, they had been sailing for what felt like days until they found more land. It was massive but looked empty.

"It looks uninhabited. But if the lords followed the mist East, they would have stopped here." Caspian said looked through a telescope.

"Could be a trap." Drinan said.

"Or it could hold some answers. Hecta?" Edmund said stood next to Hecta.

"We'll spend the night on shore, scour the island in the morning." Hecta said walking off with Caspian.

"Aye, your majesty."

Once they arrived on shore, the night took over them and they soon fell asleep. Whilst everyone was asleep, heavy footsteps were made across the sand and voices where heard.

"Seems like they've brought a pig." One voice said referring to Eustace snoring.

"This one is a female." One voice said referring to Lucy.

"So this one." Another voice said referring to Gael.

"And this one." A different voice said referring to Hecta ."But she got protection." It said as they looked at Edmunds arms wrapped tightly around Hecta.

"This one reads." The voice near Lucy said.

"Lets take her." One of them said as they grabbed Lucy and put their hand over her mouth.

She couldn't see the people had took her, it was like she was possessed. They dropped in a what seemed to be a garden making her look around scared and pull her dagger out but one of them took it and chucked hit far away from her.

"There is no escape." One voice said.

"Well put." Another said.

"Scary." the third voice said.

"What are you?" Lucy asked.

"We are terrifying invisible beasts." the fourth voice said.

"If you could see us, you would be intimidated." the first voice said.

"Yeah." The third and second voice said at the same time.

"Uh, forgot to mention that we are very large!" the fourth voice said.

"Well what do you want!?" Lucy asked.

"You." The first voice said. "You'll do what we ask."

"She will." The fourth voice said.#

"Very clear." The third one said.

"Well put." The second voice said again.

"Yeah." The third one said.

"Or what?" Lucy asked quite nervous but didn't want to let it show.

"Or death!" The first voice said making the rest start chanting death.

"Well, I wouldn't be much use to you dead, now, would I!?" Lucy said.

"I hadn't thought of that." The first voice said.

"No, you hadn't." The second voice said.

"All right. Then we'll just kill your friends." The fourth voice said making the rest go "ooooo".

"Good idea." The second voice said.

"Yeah." The third one said agreeing.

"What do you want with me?" Lucy asked.

"You will enter the house of the Oppressor." The first voice said pushing her slightly.

"What house?" Lucy asked as there was no house that she could see.
