Where in Jennie met the Parallel version of her girlfriend Lisa. Who's very opposite to her manipulative and toxic partner.
"You know what? Fuck you!" The black haired girl roared, startling the smaller woman before her. Lisa is short-tempered, and throws tantrums most of the time. Her anger issues worsen as years go by. Nevertheless, her long time girlfriend Jennie choose to understand and stay with her. Despite all the bruises and headaches she gave.
"I didn't meant it..." Jennie whispered, hugging herself. She should be used by now, but still the raging Lisa frights her everytime. She blames herself for this one though...she didn't noticed the cup of coffee and accidentally bumped it. Unluckily, Lisa's plates is all over the place. Now the woman is hissing like a tiger.
She is mad mad...
"Because you're not thinking! You do not care about my work! All you do is to pissed me off!" Out of anger she smashed the nearest vase. The thai is so frustrated her veins are popping out.
"I'm sorry..." Jennie stuttered, she is sobbing continuously.
"Just leave...I don't want to seen you for now" she gritted her teeth. The brunette obliged. And spent her night sleeping at a friend's house, while being a crying mess.
_____
The next morning, Jennie woke up in her unusual state. She felt very light and joyful. She even doubts herself...all of it became more confusing when she realized she is not in Irene's room. Instead, she is in her and Lisa's bedroom. The thought of Lisa picking her up is absurd. The thai will never do that, not in a million years.
She quietly went outside and the delicious scent filled her nostrils. Someone is cooking, what surprised her more is it's Lisa who's doing it. The thai seems to notice her presence and immediately turned to her. "Baby, goodmorning" she turned off the stove and gave the brunette a quick kiss.
The startled Jennie stepped back, making Lisa's brow to furrow. "What's wrong? Does my breath stinks?" she laughed. The smaller one is still in awe at the sight. What a turn of events. Isn't she mad? Did she already forgave me?
"Uh..no..it's..fine" she rumbled, Lisa giggled at her cuteness. "Okay, c'mere and gimme a kiss" Jennie gulped before giving her peck on the lips. She was about to break it but the latter held her neck, keeping her close. "It's been a while since we kissed like this" Jennie said to herself.
"Yummier than breakfast" Lisa joked, the brunette can't help but to smile. Yet...she is wondering...
"You forgive me already?" She asked nervously.
"Huh? Forgive? You done nothing wrong. What are you talking about love" Lisa worriedly caressed her shoulders.
"You..plates...I ruined it yesterday and you were mad and and-" Jennie tried on explaining but failed.
"Oh that, baby it's fine. I told you last night right? I got upset but I wasn't mad." Lisa said.
"No..you're mad..you told me to leave because you don't want to see me for the meantime" the brunette blubber. Her body shivered thinking of it, her anxiousness was wiped away when Lisa hugged her.
"Hon, I didn't said that. We didn't even fight last night. You said sorry and I'm okay with that alone. Baby, tell me...did you dream?" Lisa questioned, now holding Jennie's face. The brunette cried and shook her head. That couldn't be a dream...it felt so real...
"It wasn't...it's real you hurt me there...everytime I say sorry you'll burst out. You would hit me or say mean things...." Jennie weep.
The thai felt a pinch on her heart. She would never do that. She kissed Jennie's temple and embraced her tightly.
"Love, listen...I never lay my hands on you. Heck I woundn't even let a fly touch you. And never I said bad things... hurting you is the last thing I want." Lisa murmured truthfully
And she is right, because all the bad things that Jennie thought she experienced is the real parallel.
While this, having a loving and soft Lisa is her reality.
