Falling in love with someone has its consequences, happiness, longing, pain, regrets, anything you could imagine. However, it doesn't matter what love could bestow, what's important is you had given yourself the chance to show your love. And that's the beauty of unrequited love it.

We always had that one person who we pray to have, someone who becomes the dream that seems to be impossible to reach. But then, this doesn't stop us from loving and trying. Because it is what keeps us going. It won't be easy, it will never, though it molds us to be tougher.

And if it didn't work, then maybe it's not the right one for you. Lisa had learned to love someone before she can even learn the true meaning of love, and she felt it for her best friend. Jennie doesn't believe in the concept of love and likes to play around. Nonetheless, Lisa had seen something in her that made her love her.

Regardless of Jennie's dating history, moving back and forth with her so-called flings, the brunette had never thought of dating the same gender. It was a curse, a sin, an issue for everyone. These had inflicted pain on Lisa who silently admires her. And who is frightened, to tell the truth, leading Jennie to unintentionally hurt her.

Lisa had continued to love her, under all the circumstances she have to face. It was a one-sided love and Lisa had no guilt about feeling it and has no expectation to surrender soon. Until one Monday in May, when the sun kisses the roads in summer. Lisa found herself struggling to breathe as she keeps her balance by holding on to the trunk of a tree.

She was losing her will to breathe when she cough hard, and what had shocked her is to see petals of daisies coming out of her mouth. A tear escaped from the corner of her eyes as bafflement overruled her. Before she can say anything, she hears her favorite voice calling her name.

"Lisa, I've been looking for you for ages!" Jennie had failed to notice the uneasiness of the younger ones. She slumps herself under the shade of the tree and crosses her arms. Ashamed Lisa swiftly turned around and wiped the tear. "Ugh..." She mumbled. "I was looking for you too." She excuses herself and sat above the petals of daisies, not letting Jennie see it.
