"Detective" officer Im greeted as soon as the burnett entered the scene. The gruesome sight didn't affected Jennie at all. 10 years in her specialization. She carefully wore gloves and a mask before kneeling down beside the body.
"Tell me all the information about the victim" she ordered.
"The victim was identify as Juenco Madrid,35 years of age. Born in Mexico, Mexico. A latino drug dealer. But works at a shoe factory as his cover up job." The officer claim.
Jennie scanned the body before speaking again. Stab wounds, strangulation marks, gun shots...burns...cuts...etc. Who ever did this is a psycho.
"More details about his background? What did you find?" She questioned, slowly she examined the victim. The tattoes are painted with blood.
"He was notorious for stealing cars. Also convicted on a homicide back in Utah. Reports says he traveled from there to here to escape the authorities and start fresh. However he was rejected by several companies and returned selling drugs." The officer trailed
"Death time?" Jennie uttered
"Someone saw him 5:32 in the morning, the test is still on going on. But assuming base on the body's stiffness, there's a possibility he died for more than 10hours ago. The detective nodded. Her eyes noticed something and she took out her magnifying glass. Bingo! Near the chest of the victim is a familiar symbol. The infamous letter I
"The I, it must be the same killer" she stated. The serial killer is having a killing spree for months now. And still no clue about the person except for the symbol. The authorities are spending their lives searching anything related to case, yet there is no progress.
"Shoe/footprints?"
"None"
"Fingerprints?"
"None"
"DNA?"
"None"
"Hair strand? Nails? Blood? Anything that could point us to the suspect?" Jennie gritted her teeth.
"None Detective Manoban"
She sighed.
Jennie is on the way home and she can't help but to overthink. Her fingers tapping the steering wheel of her black jeep. By the front yard she was welcomed by the laughter of her wife playing with their dog, kuma.
"Kuku catch!" The latter shouted and threw the ball. The dog happily played. When the blonde heard the car she instantly got off her feet and run to Jennie. "Baby you're home!" She giggled, and pecked the brunette's lips.
"You hungry?" She only nodded, and they both went inside. Their kuma following them. "I'll cook, just rest their okay?" Lisa soothe her back before leaving her.
Silence...the latter noticed how frustrated her wife is. "Hon? Are you okay? What's wrong?" She asked from the kitchen.
"Nothing, had a tough day at work" she admit.
"Oh new case?" Lisa curiously asked.
"Hmm?"
"Is about the man found near the lake?" She smirked. While Jennie froze on her seat.
"What do you mean?" Her heart started pounding loudly agaisn't her chest.
"The one who's been tortured to death. As far as I can remembered the man is latino" the brunette became pale. It wasn't said to public. No media was allowed to cover it. It was exclusive...
She entered the kitchen stunt on her wife's words. "Lisa" she called in disbelief. And the world grumbled before her when the latter turned with a sly smile, walking towards her.
Jennie stepped backwards, only to meet the wall. The blonde lifted her hand and cuffed her wife's chin. The brunette quivering beneath her.
"Let's keep it a secret hon" her lips landed on hers.
