Jennie's Pov
Sitting by the fire we made, with the answer to the my prayers. Is what I imagine for us this christmas eve. But instead our body slumbed on a frosted bench under a yellow streetlight. Smiling widely as we watch our children play. Grathering snow with their coated palms and molds it into balls. Attacking each other's post and gives out giggles.
"Leo looks so much like you" I uttered stating the uncanny. Lisa chuckled, winter breath creating patters in the thick air. "As if Lili doesn't look like you" she poked my cheeks. "Stop" I shove her hand away.
"Remember when we used to be like them? Clueless about the world revolving around? Innocent from the truth of life" I glanced meaningfully at Lisa who's remeniscing.
"Now we're married and happy" I replied, her hand over mine.

-Third Person View-
"I love you Jennie, I've been keeping this for so long. I can't bear seeing you with another person. I love you since you joined me playing sand castles on the beach, I love since you helped me out in my math homework. I love you since you're with me." The thai confesed running of out breath from chasing Jennie.
Tears streamed down on Jennie's face for she's waiting for this day to come. Lisa wasn't the only one suffering from being a prison in love. Her longtime bestfriend was too. Jennie wasted no time and clashed their lips together.
"I love you too"
....
"You've got yourself a hot girlfriend Lis" The blonde happily nod, her arms wrapped around the brunette's waist. It's been months and they finally came out as a couple. However, ristrictions were made by Jennie for some reasons. When the smaller one noticed her cousin and her friends coming their way, she immediately distanced herself from the latter.
Lisa's smile dissapeared, their relationship was kept as secret in Jennie's side. Not because Jennie's ungrateful for Lisa, but she knows her parents would put an end to it the moment they found out. "I need to go" the brunette subtly squeezed Lisa's hand for comfort. The thai could only understand.
.....
They were stronger than they thought, years gone by and they're going to college together. Though still pretending to be bestfriends rather than lovers. Especially when Lisa is visiting the Kim's. Their love for each other grew with their fear. And Jennie's family learning about them is their biggest one.
"You're disgusting!" I hard slap landed straight on the brunette's cheeks. Her mother turning bright red as unseen smokes vent out. Her father holding his partner's shoulder to somehow calm her down.
"I'm sorry" Jennie's lip quivered as she spoke.
"What a dissappointment you are? Lisa your bestfriend? Who's a girl just like you? Are you insane!" The woman gritted her teeth, thinking what others would say. Jennie mostlikely put their bussiness at steak, to say that their collegues doesn't support this.
"Stop this idiocacy or you'll see what I can do Jennie." Her mother warned fiercly. The brunette's eyes shot wide, she quickly went down on her kness and searched for her hands.
"Mom please, spare this for me and Lisa. We've done nothing wrong but to love each other. I love her mom, so much." She cried
"Hon" his father muttered, calling his wife.
"No Jennie, you know how things here works. You knew it all too well." The woman pulled her hands harsly from her daughter, turning her back to leave. Jennie faced her last hope "Dad please convince mom, I can't leave Lisa...I can't live without her." But it turned her down, "I'm sorry"
.....
In school, the brunette fixed her things rapidly inside her locker. Avoiding to cross paths with a certain blonde named Lisa. But as the locker's door slammed shut a smiling face welcomed her. "Love, goodmorning" she flinched when the latter peck her lips. A tint confusion flashed in Lisa's eyes, yet was covered by delightness when Jennie slightly offered her a smile.
"I found a new place to ea-" Lisa who's speaking joyfully was cut off by her uninterested girlfriend. "I need to come home early." She said sternly, telling Lisa that she can't accompany her. Jennie was too afraid to look at her eyes, but she still did. Her heart broke when the latter continued smiling at her. "Could I drive you home?" Asked Lisa who sensed Jennie's uneasyness.
"Sure"
After class, Lisa waited for Jennie in the parking lot. She waved her hands up in the air when the saw the brunette. However Jennie diverted her eyes from Lisa. The latter almost frowned but realized that Jennie is with her cousin and friends. "I think your bestfriend is waiting for you" Nayeon pointed Lisa.
Jennie shrugged, calculating her cousin's Jisoo reactions. When from her peripheral view saw Lisa intently looking at her she walked faster ahead of them. "Jen-" and passed by Lisa. "Jennie wait" Jennie cursed herself when the latter grabbed her arms. "What!?" Unintentionally she raised her voice, startling Lisa.
"You said I can take you home" Lisa said in a small voice, gradually removing her hands from Jennie.
"Can't I change my mind?" The brunette coldly responed. Lisa shook her head "ofcourse you can" with that Jennie entered their car, her chest rising up and down. She waited Jisoo before ordering the driver. From the window there she saw Lisa standing while watching her leave.
"I know you're stupid, but I guess you're more than that" Jisoo out of the blue commented. Jennie ignored her and silently cried.
.....
"Happy Birthday, love" Lisa greeted Jennie as soon as she arrived in their meeting place. Far from where Jennie's parent can know. Lisa uses the lighter she brought and lighted up the candles. Jennie stayed observing her, memorizing each of her movement and facial features. So she can draw her in her mind.
"Happy birthday to you~" Lisa sang for her, clapping her hands and staring at Jennie lovingly. The brunette can't help but to tear. Her hands and legs started to tremble. "Make a wish" Lisa said. She blew out the candles silently.
"What did you wish?" Lisa clasped her hand togther and leaned on the table, she knows that her girlfriend is crying. She knows what she wished for. She prepared herself.
"I want you out of my life" Lisa expected it to be painful. But not this extremely, nevertheless she remained composed. The both of them pouring tears. "Anything you want love" Lisa then stood and and went behind Jennie and embraced her.
"I know you're having a hard time. But you're free now baby. Don't think about me, I'll be okay. That's why you should be okay too. Remember that I will always love you." She placed a kiss on the brunette's temple. Feeling her warmth over her shaking skin for last time. When Lisa finally left, Jennie screamed in pain for the love that they can't have.
(Present Time)
"Dada" Leo giggled and stopped playing when he saw his favorite person nearing them. Bags in his hands that are full of toys. "My boy" Mingyu exclaimed dropping the bags and wrapped his arms on his son, carrying him. Lisa watched them with a smile on her lips. "Where's Mama?" She heared Mingyu asked, Leo pointed where she at. Her husband uses their son's small hands to wave at her. She reciprocated back. Then the man nodded at Jennie.
"You came back too daddy!" Another tiny voice echoed as Lili jumped straight to her father. Eunwoo kissed her cheeks and made their way to the brunette.
"I guess it's time to go home now" Lisa laughed.
Jennie took another second staring at her. As much as she wants to show her unconditional love for her, she can't.
"Goodbye for now Lis"
Because they're married.
